Vacation rentals with beach access in Mokošica

Had a wonderful week in Dubrovnik exploring the old city and the local beaches. The apartment was ideally located, spotless and had everything we needed. Mavro was a great host. One day he brought us mandarins from his village and even gave us a lift to the bus station to catch our coach back to the airport. Would totally recommend.

What a wonderful accommodation in a fantastic location with the amazing sea and old town view! It is equipped with everything you need and even more! We arrived with hand luggage so appreciated very much the beach towels and mats! A specious terrace next to the a lovely garden with birds singing in the morning, what could be better than to see a beautiful sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! This part of the town is much quieter as all bus stops and main car parks are on other side, but it is still very close to the Old Town, 10 minute walk and only 5 minutes to the beach. Everything was perfect, very easy to find and smooth check in. We had a great stay and would highly recommend! Thank you Vedrana and Zoran for your great hospitality!

If we could we would give Ivan's place 6 stars, we would. Close to bus to old town and supermarket 2 mins walk. Ivan and his Mother were fantastic very informative and flexible. Helpful with parking car which is a great advantage in Dubrovnik. Thanks Ivan for making our stay wonderful.

OMG! The view is so so beautiful from BOTH the terrace and the balcony. Check-in was a breeze with Ana’s details/pictures. The apartment is very lovely with very nice bed linens. Having a washing machine is certainly beneficial and, if course, using a drying rack on the terrace is simple, especially with the perfect weather we were lucky to experience (clothes dry within 24 hours). Ana was more than flexible with the check-in/out which was much appreciated. All you need to cook a simple meal were available OR a TON of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly loved enjoying a drink on the balcony and talking to the passersby on the walls. We felt like royalty when people saw us sitting there enjoying the magnificent view. Was so nice to have brief chats with people from all over the world. Thank you, Ana. We would live to return someday!

A nice apartment with all we needed during our time there and it is in a good location with a local supermarket, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants and local beach with swimming area - an ideal spot to watch the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening - within a few minutes walk and last, but not least, host Vlaho who was both friendly and helpful - everything you need for a good trip!!! Spotlessly clean apartment! Quiet neighborhood with some great, casual restaurants nearby. Quick and easy Uber ride into Old Town. A great place to stay!

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Fantastic stay in cavtat. Lovely hosts and very friendly. Everything was provided what we needed and lovely and clean. The location is perfect and really peaceful. Beautiful views and sunsets. Bar cool next door was always welcoming and great sandwiches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay sad to go home xx

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Marija, Tiho and their family received us very well. They were available for any questions and otherwise discreet leaving a pleasant feeling of being at home. A little piece of heaven for those who like to withdraw from the hustle and bustle of cities.

Niko's place was very clean and well maintained. He was very responsive to my requests. His place is just across the street from the old city walls and the view from the living room window is breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying here.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik at Nikes 3 story appartment - it’s small but very cozy with beautiful details and all you need for a pleasant stay. 2 bedrooms with beds to dream an and tiny but all on hand small en-suite bathrooms plus an additional toilet at living room. Easy to access trough Buza Gate (really follow instructions - google maps sent us a longer way *lol*) and short distance from everything in old town Dubrovnik. Nike provides great tips and is very helpful with everything else - the perfect host. Can highly recommend her place. Please be aware that you got to love steps in old town and that it’s a quite noisy place in general plus the appartment is close to a busy entrance. But that’s part of the charme.

We loved our stay at Ina's. Such a beautiful quiet spot yet just a short drive from the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik. Ina's place and clean and even nicer than the pictures. I would definitely stay again.

Wow wow! Definitely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in everything was perfect , the interior, the pool the location and the help and support from Ivona and Michael!! We absolutely loved it and will definitely return 100% recommend xx

Fantastic location, just outside the old town, literally a couple of minutes walk. It was really lovely to have the sea just in front of the house with a bar and restaurant. There were 4 of us and we all had our bedroom which was a bonus. Ela was always on hand for us to ask questions with quick responses. Bring mosquito repellent spray & plug ins. A great few days

Such a beautiful spot, private enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, but close enough that it only takes a few minutes to walk there. There are lots of stairs but we knew that from other reviews and we personally liked it as it felt like we were burning off our desserts on the way home from dinner! Toni was a great host, really responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. Check in was extremely easy as there were clear instructions and photos showing you where to turn and where to go. The apartment itself is beautiful and just like the photos with everything you could need. Lots of cats in the beautiful garden that love to come up for some fuss if you sit outside on the terrace. Everyone we met where the apartment was (whether it was a resident or someone on holiday) were extremely friendly and happy to chat. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend staying here, personally wish we had longer as had such a lovely time. Thank you Toni :)

Absolutely wonderful. The photos are accurate but can't fully convey the stunning views from the apartment. Simply fantastic views of the old town and harbour, Lokrum Island and across the Adriatic to the horizon. Pasko's place is faultless. Super comfortable bed, great shower and very quiet. If this place is available for your dates, don't hesitate to book. We'll be recommending it to friends for sure.

Iva was a great host and her apartment is perfectly located in the old town. There aren’t too many steps to get there which was perfect as I was travelling with a big suitcase and my older parents. Iva gave clear instructions and was a great communicator. All her recommendations were fabulous and her apartment was spotless. It’s in the middle of the old town so expect some noise in the morning, but it’s worth it for the location. If I were back in Dubrovnik I would stay in Iva’s apartment again.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! The place was so lovely and tastefully decorated and the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. As other reviews have mentioned, there are a lot of steps to get to the home. But that's all of Dubrovnik and that's something we already knew. It also was worth it to be tucked a bit further away from the crowds. The apartment had all of the amenities mentioned and more. Absolutely recommend this place!
