And amazing location for rest and relaxation. From the fresh bread and eggs, to the farm grown wine, and the delightful collection of animals. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

Do not hesitate to book this place! I’m already dreaming of returning one day (and I just left this morning). Great location to some of the most beautiful places ever. The cabin is so welcoming and comfortable. Much appreciated the stocked fridge. Hot tub was amazing after long days of hiking and bed was super comfortable. And the best thing, such beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

We had the wonderful joy of being able to stay for Sept and Oct. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable with the 100 degree temps we were experiencing. Great home to with lots of room

Beautiful house with a stunning view! Lots of room, amenities! The house was better than pictures. Centrally located between Zion, Bryce Canyon and north rim Grand Canyon. Very close to small town with anything you need. Could not be happier! One of the best Airbnb homes I have ever stayed!

The hot tub and pool were a hit for our family! We enjoyed the wonderful view for outdoor cookouts and the split floorplan and large kitchen were very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the nearby access to the desert for offroading. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

This place was as perfect as the pictures showed! Very clean, super homey, and Jay was super helpful with recommending local restaurants etc! The pool and slide was awesome for the kids, and at night being in the hot tub and looking at the stars is breath taking. We will most definitely be coming back! Thank you Jay! :)

Great stay in a quiet area within minutes of restaurants, downtown, and parks.

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.

I stay at AirBnbs monthly for work and this is a new favorite. I feel like I stumbled upon Havasu’s hidden gem, though based on the many 5-star reviews I think the secret is out! I loved everything about this place - the location is perfect. The home is located in a little cul-de-sac space of cute homes with a very open feel with plenty of driveway and garage space right up to the door which makes parking and loading/unloading a breeze. Everything - from the central AC/heat to the ice maker (an essential!) to the smart tv automated to sign out on day of check-out-all worked flawlessly. It’s these thoughtful amenities that put this home on a new level. I didn’t want to leave and extended my stay. Kathy was so kind and goes the extra mile to reach out so you don’t miss the only-in-Havasu festivities (parade made my Christmas!). Thank you so much and see you next time!

Angela does a great job at making all of her rentals feel like home. This one is the bigger unit in the area. Full size living room and smart TV. Nice open kitchen and dining area with lots of windows to take in the stunning views. Comfortable king bed and sofa in the bedroom with a lots of space to move around. Patio access from the bedroom and dining room. Large private patio for the unit with gorgeous views overlooking the water and of the private beach available to all those staying at the property. Local beach access elsewhere will cost money, so to have it available and private is a big bonus. Local area is safe and quiet, but within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The on-site staff (Alicia and Tim) are always helpful whenever anything is needed. And Joyce is a cleaning machine! She’s great at cleaning and maintaining upkeep of the area throughout all types of weather. Rain, shine, winds, etc. 😊

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!

We had a wonderful visit at Kory’s Lake Havasu home. The views are exceptional. The property is fully fenced so we could relax with our pups. Super clean and relaxing home. Beautiful pool. Kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook in like we do. Exceptional host. We travel to various parts of country 3 to 4 times of year using Airbnb. Kory and his home is certainly a favorite. We will be back!

Jean was great. Communication was easy. One thing to be aware of if you plan on bringing young kids, all the kids beds are away from the main house in the casita. House was a 5 minute drive from downtown and roughly a 10-15 from havasu marina. House was overall great, we would rent again.

Definitely family friendly and spacious for the kids. The pool was a huge hit for the kids when we weren’t out on the river or lake. Comfortable and very accommodating for two small families. Also very close to our boat rental place. Close to grocery stores and gas stations.

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

We had an amazing time at Ally's place. We would return after an adventure to this wonderful oasis and relax. The pool was perfect and we felt right at home.

This house is absolutely amazing! We loved every part of staying here. Karen and Rich are very helpful and wonderful hosts. Their house is very well maintained and kept squeaky clean. We also got to meet the pool guy when he came by and he was a very nice guy. I will most definitely be coming back!

This house was clean and modern. Had all the necessary pots and pans needed and utensils. Needed spices and oils but not a deal breaker. The spa was nice when you have heated and the back yard is spacious and clean to hang out in. The only bit of down side was the pool was foggy on arrival due to a chemical or something but cleared up on the 2nd day and luckily I had a pool guy with us. And advised of such. Over all we had a great time in a nice clean comfortable place. Will look to book again.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean and the pool was perfect for the heat. The backyard was awesome and quiet for relaxing. It was great to park our vehicle in the garage to keep it cool and out of the sun. Cyndi was friendly and very responsive to messages. I also talked to some of the neighbors across the street and they were very friendly. Bob the maintenance guy is awesome and just good people. Super nice place and will definitely go back again.
