The stay was great. Quiet area with all amenities, well connected, a stone's throw away from the beach, pool (in summer) and tennis court. Our host Eva Maria a 10, very attentive and nice. The family felt like home and we were able to enjoy this beautiful area of Cantabria. thank you very much Eva Maria for everything!!

Very good service. Margarita provided us with the entrance and provided us with a lot of quality information about the area (eating, excursions, etc.). We were very comfortable and enjoyed the house, the garden and the surroundings.

Very correct and pleasant guests, the accommodation as reflected in the listing and very good located for getting around by car and has a beach and pool to be able to walk, the community pool. It is fully equipped, with current furniture and menajes. Worth repeating.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

Excellent stay at Gloria's. New, cozy and well-equipped apartment. Large and pleasant kitchen. Spacious rooms and good bedding. 2 bathrooms including one with bathtubs. Very quiet area close to Sardinero and beaches. Possibility to get around on foot or bus by bus Basement parking for those who have a car. In short, very happy with this stay. everything perfect..the perfect apartment to spend a few days..sob the whole location to be able to move anywhere in Cantabria..Santander..Laredo..Santoña..Noja.. Castro Urdiales...Lierganes..Puente Viesgo.. specific place to go anywhere..Nuria pending everything at all times... so the only thing I can say is that thank you very much.. for sure we will return..5 great days..a great stay..

We had a fabulous time at the house. Maria and Alfonso were really helpful and available when we needed their support. The house is really beautiful, stylish and very well equipped. The garden, hot tub and pool are very well maintained and private. All of the en-suite rooms are comfortable and most have lovely views over the garden. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent and there is a tv in each room with Netflix. We would definitely return; it was ideal for a large family holiday. There are beautiful rooms to spend time together but each bedroom is spacious and private.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

The house was sparkling clean. The kitchen was clean, there were cleaning products to use the dishwasher, or to scrub by hand. Everything in perfect condition. The bathroom is very clean, towels for the 3 of us. I asked for a high chair because I was traveling with a baby and when I arrived it was there. He was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Very kind, he took the time to ask me days before my arrival. There were games for children in the accommodation! The smart TV. Great house - clean and comfortable. The kitchen/living space is small for 5/6 people (fine for 4 or less) but as long as the weather is good the garden makes up for this. 2 good showers and the shared pool was always quiet. convenient to havr on site parking and Jose is a very welcoming host.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.

The place is just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable for a family. A food store and playground down the street. The garden is small but cozy, and the common areas of the development are impeccable. Perfect place for a family with small children like us.
