The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

I was in Jefferson's apartment and had an impeccable top AP weekend with all amenity, standing in the sand as described and in the photos and close to bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, PA of Unimed etc. Everything next car can be good in the parking lot of the building. Jefferson always ready to respond when we asked to respond with great calmness and well educated clarity, also the concierge staff of the building always willing to help and well educated also was a ball show, they can rent that they will not regret 😉👍🏾

From the first contact the hosts were very attentive, quickly responding to the requested information. The building is wonderful, everyone is very receptive. One beach block...wonderful! The barbecue on the balcony is a charm aside. Excellent Wi-Fi. Restaurant, ice-cetaker and barzinhos very close by. Cozy bed, has microwave, fridge, oven. All the best! Sure, we'll come back more often.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, a cute and well organized. I was able to spend the weekend with my family and we had a great time. It is close to the beach, close to the feirinha, close to the trade (pharmacies, markets, shops) is very centralized. Thank you to the hosts who answered me promptly when I needed it.

I rented the apartment to spend the carnival with my friends, and it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect; right in front of the beach, near market, ballads, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant… The apartment is very tasty and extremely well equipped. The condominium is also very safe. chácara accommodated my family perfectly, everyone was delighted with the large and clean pool. the Host and the homemade always attentive to our needs. They left coffee and sugar for us to make that cafe. Easy to access. I didn't go out to see the city. The village prefers to stay alone in the cupau.

It was an amazing day, great location, market crossing the street, corner cellar, easy to find. local super clean, I had daily contact with Roseli who was very attentive and cleared all doubts quickly. We had a wonderful weekend at this place. Homemade Toninho is very friendly and solicitous. The house is spacious, has a covered area perfect for welcoming friends and family in case of rain, as was our case. The nature is beautiful in the place, the Toucan and the monkeys are very friendly. Julia was also really helpful from afar. The only inconvenience for me was the lack of toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms, otherwise everything was very good. It has a black and white dog from the neighbor who is going to visit and it is the most loving being in the world! The trip for me was more perfect for his presence♥️. We hope to return in the future !!!

Mr. Luiz's farm is very large. The rooms are spacious, it is well equipped, there are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The space is prepared for major events. We loved the weekend we spent there. Mr. Luiz attentive promptly when we call, is polite, helpful, and kind. We recommend and will certainly be back.

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. We spent very pleasant days in the apartment! It was me, my husband and our three children. All very clean, bath towels and clean and smelling sheets. The kitchen is complete, water filter, several utensils. The staff of the very cool building and all very helpful staff. Arriving on the beach with everything already organized was excellent! The children walked around without problems! Guilherme, very kind and concerned about the stay, sent messages to know if everything was okay and/or if we needed anything. Anyway, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it and we'll be back soon!

Great location 100 m from the best location on Pitangueiras beach. Near banks, Military Police and several restaurants. The apt is organized and suitable for 2 people with good kitchen and bathroom, only negative point is the noise of the air-conditioner which, perhaps by the time of use will bother those who have lighter sleep, however, have a ventilator in the bedroom and kitchen that on less hot days you can get around, garage for cars with a well-kept condominium. Very good cost benefit. Would recommend

Very well located! Fully air-conditioned apartment that makes total difference and very spacious. It just needs attention to the sofa (which could be higher due to the availability of space on the wall and because it is already a little spent) and the second bedroom mattress that is totally without conditions of use, sinking and very soft. Easy details to solve! But we will return without a doubt! Very attentive and polite Marcelo, it was well worth it.
