However, the bathroom could be better maintained. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and I would recommend the property, especially for the amazing view.

We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience in this apartment. From the first contact with the administrator and the cleaning staff until the time of Check-out, everything was very simple and quiet. The apartment is located in an easy access location. It is very close to the beach, as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, leisure spaces in general. The interior is elegant and impeccably clean. There is air conditioning in the whole property that helps a lot in hot days. I highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler in search of comfort and exceptional hospitality!

I rented the apartment to spend the carnival with my friends, and it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect; right in front of the beach, near market, ballads, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant… The apartment is very tasty and extremely well equipped. The condominium is also very safe. Spacious House, had everything I needed. Extremely attentive host and did everything to make us comfortable, even when things were missing, she was able to meet us and adapt our needs. Only one observation is that it would be nice to change the oven and some things, for something newer if possible, will be very cool!! Some renovations and maintenance will be even more wonderful. I would definitely go back.

Mr. Celso e D. Carmen are very adorable hosts! My family was simply charmed by the lodging. The house in the woods is very close to the main house of the owners, but this did not imply anything in the privacy we had. The space of the house is large with a living room and comfortable bedrooms and all rooms overlooking the lawn. The gas stove is sensational, baked a medium cake in 7 minutes, water from a small kettle boils in 40 seconds. We also had the privilege of being able to pick up wood in the surroundings and use the wood stove that is very portable and practical. Kitchen utensils in the closet, bedding in the wardrobe. Films on cable TV. We took hose baths, took guava and blackberries from the foot. The house is practically next to the private waterfall, 5 minutes on a small trail. The climate is of the same place, farm animals, pastures and the best is tranquility, without music noises and parties. It was fantastic days. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful weekend at this place. Homemade Toninho is very friendly and solicitous. The house is spacious, has a covered area perfect for welcoming friends and family in case of rain, as was our case. The nature is beautiful in the place, the Toucan and the monkeys are very friendly. Julia was also really helpful from afar. The only inconvenience for me was the lack of toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms, otherwise everything was very good. It has a black and white dog from the neighbor who is going to visit and it is the most loving being in the world! The trip for me was more perfect for his presence♥️. We hope to return in the future !!!

Mr. Luiz's farm is very large. The rooms are spacious, it is well equipped, there are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The space is prepared for major events. We loved the weekend we spent there. Mr. Luiz attentive promptly when we call, is polite, helpful, and kind. We recommend and will certainly be back.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, and it served my family perfectly. It is equipped with all the utensils, and provided bedding, bath and table linen, and this made our stay too much easier. The building has an ice machine, as well as umbrellas and chairs that are already mounted on the beach for our convenience. Guilherme always very polite and kind, he asked me all the questions, and so our lodging was even more pleasant. My family and I spent very happy days. Thank you Guilherme. We'll be back soon.

This apartment is in a great part of town-Gonzaga. The beach is great with easy walking only 1 block. Grocery store, well stocked just across the street. The apartment has everything you would need. Airconditioning works well. Nice deck with views of the city and the beach. I would REALLY recommend the apartment. Plus, Sandra, your host, was responsive, and gave us a list of excellent restaurants. Finally, she hires a great cleaning person who came every weekday.

For those who like quiet and quiet this condominium is ideal, because in the front of the condominium the beach is as private, with few people and without major movements. Host Ricardo was super attentive and helpful, he responded to messages as quickly as he could. The apartment is spacious and the swimming pool is amazing.
