A house that "flies" over the sea

A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. General: - Kitchen equipment : fridge-freezer, Induction Stove, Oven , Microwave , Dishwasher , sandwich maker, electric juicer, minipimer with all accessories, food Electric Griddle, Electric Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pantry, Kitchen Utensils and crockery for 6 people. - Solana: Hanger, sink for washing clothes, Washer, Dryer. Open the classic wooden windows and let in the cool morning breeze at a homey hideaway with high, exposed wooden ceilings. Sunbathe, take a refreshing shower or have a family barbecue feast in our cozy private patio. We also offer seasonal homegrown organic fruit for free to our costumers Enjoy! Located in a very calm and beatifull valley, but near the town centre and close to the beach and natural Parks. We have astonishing views. The propriety is surrounded by a huge variety of organic fruit trees and crops. We grow more than 20 different fruits and vegetables that we will be offered for free to our costumers. You can also enjoy a private terrace for sunbathing and showering and there`s a cozy place for relaxing and preparing barbeques. You will feel like home in a unique and relaxed place. You have an entire 155sq meter house only for you. The owner lives in a different house. You will have total privacy Services: Weekly house cleaning, wifi, satellite TV (Eng, Ger…) We have a dog in our garden. His name is Mao, a "presa canario". He`s very friendly, but if you don`t like dogs, we`ll lock him is private part of the garden, so everybody will be happy ;-) We welcome you on arrival with a snack and we will show you the house. The owner only speaks spanish and little english, but someone speaking good english will be with her on arrival. You can contact the proprietor at any time if there`s a problem. You will also have the phone number of our assistant, who speaks good english and will be willing to help you at any time Rural property located in a very calm and beautiful valley, but near the town centre and close to the beach (7km) and natural Parks (15 min drive). We have astonishing views. Renting a car is highly recomended (in Canary Islands is very cheap: 5-10 euros/day)

It is located in the Los Canarios Complex in Patalavaca with a big pool and a spectacular views of Anfi del Mar and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room area, one double bedroom, one single mezzanine loft bed suitable for a child of above 10 years of age and a modern bathroom.The property has a nice patio at the entrance and a great balcony with fantastic views.

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and balcony. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

"StrawberryBeach forever" 120m apartment, located on the cliff, in a safe and quiet area! At night you can see the city lights. We like to be able to see the seagulls and albatrosses in the middle of nature and observe the scenery every day In the area there are several restaurants. 98 steps away is a supermarket open 365 days away On wave days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

The house consists of kitchen-living room, with table and 4 chairs, snacks with 2 seats. Sofa bed with two seats in the living room, and bedroom with double bed with wardrobe and bedside tables. A bathroom with shower and washing machine. Deck with seats and a breathtaking view of porto rico. You can use the swimming pool, sunbeds and free wifi (all services are free) for free, are included in the price. The residence also has the guardiania.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment Finca Toledo

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
