Excellent location, it should be noted that it is on the third floor, we found food in the refrigerator and the kitchen faucet was dripping. A little more care is needed for those details. The really difficult thing is that it's on the third level, after that everything is OK.

The truth is that I felt at home, a very nice, quiet and cozy place, I recommend it.

Very nice house, with everything you need: cozy beds, spacious bathrooms. The cabins are a little more moving than usual, but the rest is excellent. Beautiful! I'll be back a thousand more times. The amenities are spotless. Very welcoming; my daughters are delighted. The location is excellent, clean and tidy. If I improved the kitchen knives and I could add a rice cooker. thank you so much for everything

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous sunsets and amazing sunrise. We really enjoyed the pool, it was very nice and relaxing. The apartment was also nice and quiet. Excellent apartment, matches the photos, very good cleanliness, excellent privacy, in a very central and safe area, the building's security is excellent, just a small problem with the bed, it was very soft, but that's a personal matter, since I prefer orthopedic beds, but I thought it was an excellent place to relax and visit zone 1, I definitely recommend it if you need an accommodation in zone 1 of Guatemala.

Nice apartment with great security features. There were several restaurants, a pharmacy and a nice grocerie store in lower portion of the building. Felt very comfortable and would stay again.

I would absolutely recommend this Unit to anyone visiting the area! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly did not want to leave. The views are amazing, the rooftop pool and gym are just perfect and the unit itself is decorated beautifully. The market is walking distance away and adventure awaits if you choose to seek it. I truly felt at home there and cannot wait to return this winter. Thank you again for everything ✌️

Great hosts, great place, clean and well equipped. Beautiful garden and amazingly big and comfortable bed. Good and peaceful neighbourhood with everything you need at walking distance.
