We enjoyed staying at Fred’s condo. We had car problems and needed to stay an extra night in Branson. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Great property at a great price. There was so much to do. The unit exceeded expectations. I would recommend calling to ensure you get a bottom floor unit if you have people who struggle with stairs in your party (check photos).

Great place to rent if you’re in the area, conveniently located near most attractions. Fred responded quickly to my request to book (same day trip). The layout and decor was nice as well.

Very clean , great view from the living room and master bedroom of the lake. Location is 5-10 minute drive to several restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a two bedroom condo at the Wyndham Worldmark Resort in Branson. We've stayed here three times now (twice booking through Freddy) and it's excellent! Twenty minutes from Silver Dollar City, and about five to ten minutes to the attractions in town. It's very clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, and pretty quiet. It's so nice to have some extra space rather than being in a cramped hotel room, and you're paying the about the same or less. The only thing to note is in the two-bedroom units, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Great for families with kids, not ideal if you have two adult couples sharing a condo that would prefer a larger bed. There is a queen size bed that pulls down in the common room, as well.

Brandon gave wonderful instructions. Love keypad lock. Very quiet Close to lots of parks, restaurants, and easy parking. Brandon also responded quickly when we had a question. Would like to keep this location on a return visit

I really don’t want to say how much we love this place because everyone will discover the property and it will never be available again. I can’t think of anything negative to say except that you do have to climb stairs to enter the apartment. We really love the place!

No Vacancy is so my new favorite place to stay in KC- super charming building close to everything/ sophisticated european vibes throughout the space with one of the best cocktail bars in town right downstairs. The common area / outside patio upstairs is lovely place to settle in- candle lit tables, good complimentary coffee, access to music playlist / a for sure winner. ❤️

Brandon’s listing was exactly as it was described! Super cute, clean, and homey! The perfect place for my fiancé and I to stay to enjoy a weekend together exploring St. Louis! The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay in one of Brandon’s places again and recommend it to anyone!

Enjoyed my stay. Clean and cozy apartment. Easy parking on the street. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at Hatch'd the next day, which isn't too far away.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. There was a TV in each room, local channels. The kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely recommend for the money you pay.
