Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Missouri River Township

Loved the e place. Pictures matched exactly. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in town.

We enjoyed a long family weekend at Deborah’s home, conveniently a two hour drive for all of us. The grandkids (four - ages 4-7) were excited about the pool and delighted with all the toys and games in the house. Deborah really does an outstanding job making guests feel welcome and was responsive to queries. The house is a very nice and spacious mid-century home with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and bedding. We had a great time and appreciate Deborah’s thoughtfulness as a host.

The house is very clean and spacious, which we appreciated for having 3 of us staying, and a few local family members over for a visit. It was great having the lower level for the little ones, and the kitchen with the island bar plus dining table made preparing and serving food very user friendly. We also appreciated the 3 bathrooms and garage. Most of all we appreciated the prompt and friendly responses to our questions. The location was excellent for proximity to our dad in a nearby hospital, and other siblings living locally. We all enjoyed the daily deer visits, too!

Loved staying here! Airbnb selection in STL tends to be a little lacking in dog-friendly options, and I'm so glad we decided to give Sean's place a try. It was perfect for what we needed - comfortable and with high-end finishes that stood out. The bathroom is obviously the big attraction - it was calm, inviting, and even gave us ideas for our own bathroom remodel at home. But the kitchen was very nicely done as well, and the living spaces were cozy and clutter-free. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two little dogs. And on top of that, Sean did a wonderful job communicating, and was flexible enough to let us check in a little early - as soon as the home was ready from the cleaning crew. Will definitely stay here again!

Have stayed at a couple of the properties and once again so glad the place was available to stay at. Rebecca always has everything in order and set up to accommodate every need and is always like the comfort of home. Would recommend any of their properties to anyone that want to have a hassle free and relaxing place to get away.

Location was great and felt very safe. Street parking was completely fine and all cars were safe. The back yard was great for dogs or kids. The house covered all the basics. The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. in the large bathroom. Biggest complaint was lack of closet space. We certainly made do and it’s not a deal breaker but the bedroom that sleeps up to 4 has no closet and only one chest to sit luggage on. There’s also not much space to sit things on like charging stations for electronics on both sides of the beds, etc. The house isn’t “homey” per se since it’s a full time rental, but it is still very comfortable and extremely clean. The host is the most responsive host I’ve ever had and was very proactive letting us know about guests checking in and did help a ton when the upstairs neighbors were so loud we couldn’t sleep in. It’s an older home which explains the noise, and there are signs reminding everyone to please be polite and quiet which is nice.

This place is wonderful. If you're looking for a cozy, confortable, fully functional home to stay in, this is it. The wood stove in the living room is amazing! Everything you need is provided and Deb is a friendly, flexible, and accommodating host. This place has earned its spot on my "will definitely stay again" list. My only advice for future visitors is the TV. Given the more secluded location, the internet is not the best. Watching Youtube on the TV is full of delays and loading time. Aslo, you are unable to cast from your own mobile device to the TV. However, that is by no means a deal breaker at all! There is a great dvd collection and watching youtube is not impossible. If you're visiting to enjoy the area throughout the days, you may not even watch the TV! I would recommend this location to anyone. You will NOT be disappointed. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious! Great location in Soulard on a quiet street but near to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. Host communicated everything clearly and provided some local recommendations. Had no needs Arise during our stay but I’m confident response would have been quick if we had

Definitely recommend this place! Quick drive to get to the downtown or University City areas. The house was very spacious and Joe was very responsive. He provided really good food recommendations as well. Great stay in St Louis!

We sold our house so fast that our new home wasn't finished. We came back from a month in Florida and was looking for a place near our new build. This place was perfect. We loved the setup. Loved the location near to downtown shops and restaurants. With a full kitchen on the very cold days we could just stay in and cook a pot of soup.

Hi - I had to make a last minute trip to STL to care for my Mom and was so lucky that Jene Patrick and Tom could accommodate me. I have stayed at all their units many times and just love them (the hosts AND their properties). Always super clean and artfully designed. A nice touch is that they shoveled and put salt on the sidewalks and entrances to make sure guests had easy, safe access during sub-zero temps in STL this week. Many thanks as always!
