The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars and restaurants. Elisa was very nice and thoughtful in making us find things that we had not requested but that were important to make us feel at home.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

We enjoyed our stay with Nicolò, Roberta and Thor incredibly! ☺️ We traveled together with our two-year-old daughter who slept with us in bed and the location of the apartment was perfect. The long sandy beach is right outside the door (a few meters) and there are small playgrounds everywhere. The communication with Nicolò and Roberta has always worked smoothly. We would definitely come back if we were in Rimini again. Thank you for everything! ☺️🤗

We spent New Year's Eve in a beautiful home in Fano and we can only praise this experience. The location of the house was a great strong point: located in a quiet but strategic area, it allowed us to easily reach both the historic center and the beaches. Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

A great place to stay, especially for families. Veronica is also a great host. She was always available and a lovely person who is always helpful. If you have any questions, she supported us at any time. The accommodation is on the ground floor and therefore also very convenient with its own entrance. She has lovingly decorated it and the projector in the bedroom is a nice change of pace. Loved it 💙

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped.
