Andrew's Cozy Home in Lake Placid was just that! Having brought with us everything we thought we would need, Andrew provided all that and more. We truly felt like guests in his home. Hopefully Andrew will welcome us back upon our return to the ADK'S......

This home was in a great location and close to everything in Lake Placid. The house was clean and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. It had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of seating and was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the large space, beautiful property and how close it was to the ski hill. Kitchen had everything you need for a large group. So many fun games. Lots of spots for sleeping with a group of 7 adults. Overall, we loved our time there.

This is a family home that feels just right. We had absolutely everything we needed. The bed (we were in the downstairs queen) was very comfortable. Slept great for almost 2 weeks. Location is of course sublime. Instructions for appliances, heat adjustment, TV, etc. are clearly printed and accessible. Wifi was great. There were only 2 of us and our dog so we didn't use the upstairs - but it looked clean and bedrooms/bathroom very spacious. Some things are a bit careworn but nothing was uncomfortable or incomplete and everything worked great (I covet their toaster!). We made ourselves at home and it was the perfect fit. Having great & timely access to owners is key for a good stay. These owners are the best in communication. THE best. Would recommend for sure.

The place was perfect for 2 couples looking to spend a weekend in the beautiful Adirondack trails. If you want to save on food (cook by yourself I mean) and be within a 25min drive of everything, this is perfect. Thanks Vinny!

We stayed at Kelli’s place for 6 nights! It is in a beautiful location. Minutes from downtown Saranac Lake and a short drive to Lake Placid! Both areas have great local shops to explore and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy! The house is as described! A nice home away from home for our Christmas/New Year’s vacation! Kelli has the place fully stocked. So you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable too! Kelli was friendly and responsive to any questions we had. She also put down some extra rock salt right before we arrived as there was snow/ice on the ground! I would definitely recommend Kelli’s place if you are looking for a place to relax by the water or for a winter getaway!

Great little place "off the beaten path" conveniently located between Saranac and Placid. So many nice touches in decorating and remodeling plus an extremely well stocked kitchen. Huge fenced in yard for dogs. Jodi was very responsive to our questions! Quite alot of snowmobile traffic on the trail behind the house but noise wasn't excessive especially at night. Plus, the dog was entertained watching : )

Our stay was perfect at William's cottage. We were there for 4 days of skiing at Whiteface and could not have picked a better place. It was within an 8 minute ride to the mountain and only 20 mins from Lake Placid. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and very good shower and bathroom. William provided great instructions and made everything very simple. The hot tub and fireplace were two great features we made lots of use of. There is a small grocery store within 2 minutes of the cottage where you can pick up anything needed for the stay. We really loved our stay and will be looking to stay here as our #1 choice every time we visit the area.

Great apartment close to everything in the Lake Placid area. Comfortable beds, relaxing fire, and well stocked with dishes,pots/pans and some pantry staples. Was ideal for myself and two teenage boys in the area for a hockey tournament. The boys made use of the jacuzzi tub after games. Highly recommend.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay in Lake Placid. A great balance between downtown and to the Adirondack Loj to access the hiking trails. Wes had great suggestions for local attractions too!

We had such a lovely time at Kevin’s place, the space was perfect for us with a big tv and a hot tub. The location was perfect and peaceful for getting around the Adirondacks. Kevin was also very flexible with checkout! We will definitely come back!

We had very nice time at the apartment. There is one King size bed at bedroom #1, Queen size bed at bedroom #2 and there is partially separate place from the living area with another bed which has something like extra sleepover mattress which can be pulled from underneath the bed. So, the sleeping arrangements fit up to 6 people. The kitchen has all the equipment we needed for our cooking - breakfasts and dinners. We made lunch sandwiches in the morning for our trips and skiing. The apartment is just few minutes by car to Whiteface Mt. and about 20 minutes to Lake Placid. The place was quiet and comfortable, it had everything we needed… Definitely suggested to stay!

Great place to stay in Lake Placid! It is a 5 minute drive to the main area of Lake Placid, but this area is much quieter than the Main Street core. We were here for the Ironman and the location is just a 3 minute drive to the shuttle busses so very convenient! Claire was a great host. Would love to stay again if we get the chance to come back.

As always, the best place for our family. We keep coming back as it never disappoints us, only gets better every year with addition of new features.

This is a really wonderful ground floor apartment. There are stairs down to the apt. so know this ahead of time. Plenty of space, nice kitchen area with everything you need. There is even an out side entrance with a computer workspace. Seating area has two chairs a couch and mini dining table. Bedroom has nice bed and two large dressers for clothes. She has fans for added airflow if needed, extra blankets and the bathroom has all the soaps and hair shampoo etc. Each room has its own thermostat so you can regulate as needed. You are within walking distance of Lake Placid village (.7 miles) and there is a space for off street parking. Deborah is quick to respond to any questions. Check in was a snap as was check out. Definitely would come again.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. The view from the condo of the lake is beautiful. We loved being able to use the amenities at the High Peaks Resort. We walked each night into town for dinner. The living space is very comfortable and the bedrooms were also comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view from back of condo! Convenient location, walk to everything. Kitchen stocked with all essentials, spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable! Sauna an added bonus after hiking & boating all day! Hope to back next summer! Thank you Michelle!

We went to Lake Placid for 3 days skiing trip and highly recommend Angela's place! Cozy, convenient, great location, also has nice view! Will definitely come back next time!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Kathy's! The place was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, and all linens were fresh. The location was very convenient to all that Lake Placid has to offer but also removed just enough to have some quiet time away from the bustle of all the shops. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Placid in the future. I highly recommend!

Town home was fully stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom . Dish soap. Plenty of cooking and eating supplies. Lots of space . Fuse ball was a hit for my teens, great location. A lot of seating for family . Laundry. Everything o would have at home. Highly recommended.

This was a very comfortable place to stay! Directions were fine but since we arrived in the middle of the night, the apartment number was not so visible. The home was generously supplied with towels and soaps and things like that of necessity. We value simple decor so not a fan of fake plants or extra items on the tables. But there was good room to roll out a sticky mat and be comfortable on the couch or chair. The bed was also comfortable. Shades can be drawn or opened. It's a nice place and the host was genuine and helpful. I'd stay here again.
