Jassal Palace is a great choice if you are looking to stay with your friends and family as the house has many rooms is able to easily accumulate at least 8-10 people. The house is fully equipped with all the basic necessities and bonus point, there is also a BBQ grill. We had a great time doing bbq and chilling in the house. The area is protected with securities so it is safe. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Eileen’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The homestay is incredibly spacious, with large rooms and plenty of natural light. The living area was cozy, and the bedrooms were more than comfortable, with ample space to spread out. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Miri. We would definitely stay here again!

The provided manual is clear and easy to follow, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free self-check-in process. For those planning to order a lot of takeout or delivery food, it’s a good idea to bring extra plastic bags for trash to help manage waste during your stay. The security guard at the gate is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall sense of safety and comfort. While this isn’t directly related to the house, it’s highly recommended to use the road with the bridge to reach the location, as the beachside road can become dangerous at night during high tide. This place was nice to check-in to. It's slightly further away from the city centre or any commerical areas but it's in a very good neighborhood with securities as well. The host managed to get the place ready on-time when I made a last minute booking. However, the only issue with the place is the lack of WiFi as the telecom that I was using, Digi, does not have a strong network connection in that area.

Nice place to stay. Its very new, clean, spacious in every area(kitchen, rooms, living room, carpark). The most important thing, is the host is very friendly and helpful. My 2nd time staying. Love that all the 4 bedrooms have their own ensuite toilet! Cozy and nice. Clean too. It would be perfect if the towels are replace with a new one as it's quite old already and for the bedroom upstairs if there's a bigger mirror it would be very nice. Overall enjoy our stay! ❤️

The homestay is tidy, clean and nice. Just the air conditioner at master room is not cold and a bit hot while sleep, might need to be service. And also the water pump is a bit small so that the water at upstairs too small, the water is too hot during afternoon and hot till cannot wash hand😂. But the homestay is very recommended just few things need to improve on it.

Great place for small gathering, great for new year countdown or Christmas celebration. During our experience on new year countdown at the back can see fireworks and so do the front. We stayed here for 2 nights. Spacious, well-maintained and hygienic apartment. Check-in was smooth and Wong was very clear and on-time in communicating everything. A very beautiful place, very clean, comfortable, seaview, the swimming pool is clean, gym is awesome. Basement parking. Close by with seafood restaurant, night food market, KFC and Pizza Hut. The host is very friendly and giving clear instructions, each check in and check out. Everything is perfect. 10/10! Will come back soon!

Good place to stay in Miri. Space is big and there are enough appliances like a washing machine, microwave, a fridge, etc to wash clothes and cook simple meals. The only thing is that there is no water heater/the central water heating system is not working so you have to take cold showers. Other than that, it's a great place for short term stays 👍🏻
