Great host, great location, for great value.

We were able to book this place last minute. It’s actually our 4th time staying at this building and this time it was our best experience so far. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to go to. The building is really nice and quiet. The unit is very nice and clean.

Tucker was very helpful and made swift accommodations for my family to spend time in San Diego in a clean and beautiful apartment. Highly recommend.

It is so clean and comfortable . I would definitely stay again. Jorge was kind and friendly. The place was super secure and the place is t chill and quiet. I recommend this place if you are thinking of staying somewhere where everything is nearby!!

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Very cool spot in the heart of Revolution, easy check in , clear directions ,cool and chill security guards great price , only thing that could be better is too wash the shower towels with Suavitel (Fabric Softener) they had a bad smell like If they were just washed with water other than that 10/10 spot, will be staying again thanks 🙏

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Great accommodations in Solana Beach! Perfect for our family of five. Easy beach access and walkable into town. Well stocked and very responsive host. Will definitely be back.

Great space that is close to the beach. The complex is well maintained. Imran communicated well with us and personally walked us through the condo to make sure we were satisfied. Beach chairs, sand toys all provided. Close to Camp Pendleton and some great restaurants. Would book again and highly recommend!

John’s property was perfect for us and had everything we needed! John was quick at responding to questions and working with when our schedule changed unexpectedly. Would highly recommend staying here !!

Great location! The checkin process was smooth, however the garage key couldn’t work at that time. The rooms are clean but in the bathroom we smelled some cigarettes smoke, but we are not sure if it is coming from the neighbors. Overall a great stay in San Marco, Kim was quick with response and welcoming. :)

We loved this home so much, we came back for a 2nd time, to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This modern gem is beautifully laid out, with lots of space for a family. It offers breathtaking rooftop views of the coast and stunning sunsets. Diana was an incredible host; helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to stay for several days over the holidays. Location is very convenient to the freeway, walkable to nearby restaurants. The yard is just awesome and our dogs loved it. Nice parking space for our car. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts provided clear communication. Would stay again!

We loved our stay! We came from LA with another family. We loved the proximity to Legoland, the spacious rooms, and the kids’ amenities: toys, bunk beds, high chair, and crib! We made a lot of core memories here!!! The kids still talk about their time here, and they keep asking if they can go back to San Diego! The house is close to Encinitas as well, where we enjoyed delicious and authentic Mexican food, and we went grass sledding at Olympus Park. This neighborhood is such a unique special place. Family escape was such a fun stay! Great home base for Legoland and the Safari Park. The hot tub and pool (heated for a fee) were amazing and we put the pool toys and floaties to good use. The entire backyard looked and felt like a private resort, with mini golf, soccer/volley ball, lounges, conversation pits, and a grill and bar area. The games and arcade kept everyone entertained. The kitchen met our basic needs as we enjoyed local takeout. We were grateful for the host provided laundry supplies and clear instructions and communication about how to use keep the pool and hot tub heated for our winter visit. The host was immediately responsive and sent someone to fix the spa when we couldn't work the lights and jets the first day. We had no other problems all week!

Selected this beautiful home to enjoy my 60th birthday celebration with friends and family. The home is gorgeous and very comfortable, pictures are very accurate and it shows better in person. Dara is a delight to work with. Always on point and responsive. We will visit again soon.
