We had a nice stay here with our family of three—me, my husband, and our 6 yo daughter. We were in transit in Madrid for a few days and wanted to stay local to a friend’s place. The location was convenient and just a 5-minute walk to two metro stations that go straight to Puerta del Sol, La Latina, Opera, and Gran Vía. There’s also a bus stop right outside that takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The space was meticulously clean and stylish. It had everything we needed and stocked with cooking supplies to make our morning breakfasts. Another plus was the little cute patio to have my coffee. It’s cozy and perfect for my family of 3. The neighborhood has a fun local vibe. There are restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores just around the corner. Also, if you’re into art, the Carabanchel Arts ariea is only a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like we got the real local experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

Manuela was available when we arrived. Very good location, possibility to walk to the train station to get to Madrid in about 30 minutes. The apartment is impeccable and matches the listing. It is located in a basement of his house and there is not too much light (there is a small opening that provides daylight). We had a pleasant stay and will renew the experience at Manuela's as soon as possible. we stayed about ten days and we didn't want for anything.

Alvaro's place was wonderful. Check-in was easy, the apartment was comfortable and modern, everything worked perfectly, and it was quiet for a downtown property. There are multiple subway stations within a few minutes walk, excellent restaurants around, and easy access to grocery stores, markets, etc.

Comfy apartment in a central yet very quiet location. The place is nicely furnished and while it does not have a balcony, it has beautiful views across the rooftops from most of the windows. We will definitely come back! Just keep in mind that if you are taller than 1.85m, this place is probably not for you (as described in the listing, this place features low ceilings).

Alberto was super attentive and flexible with everything, even with the check-in and check-out times. I was always available and aware that everything was perfect. The house is amazing, huge, no lack of detail and the surroundings are beautiful. I went with friends to spend the end of my birthday and everything was perfect. Just mention that a guardian lives in the house itself, which although he is friendly, does not stop having a person outside the group inside the house and withholds privacy. You share common areas with the Lord and it is still his home.

The house is as beautiful and cozy as shown in the photographs, reflecting the care with which Olga takes care of every detail of her accommodation. We will definitely be back, not only for how much we have enjoyed the house and the surroundings, but also for the kindness and hospitality of Olga, who was always attentive and willing to help us in everything we needed, making our experience even more special.

The house is amazing and had everything! And the beautiful windows. Despite the rain, the views were amazing. We'll be back for sure. We're already looking at other dates to come back 🤞🏼
