A place perfect for everyone. Right on the water, waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. A magnificent view of the sunset and close to all kinds of restaurants and entertainment in the area. A true gem.

The place is super quiet and clean. Nancy is very attentive.

The pictures matched with apartment, the apartment was gorgeous & clean , so many restaurants in the area & very good & affordable. The pool was a bonus & very clean & has bathrooms & a little playground for kids. The host always answered quickly which that was a plus! I would highly recommend to anyone to stay there, I love it & so did my family, it is a gated community & the outside was clean never dirty & everyone was so friendly.

This place was great! Exactly like the photos. Easy to find and has everything that you’d expect from an Airbnb. Only downside is that it is on the first floor, everybody that walks by windows and doors is very loud. They sound like they are in the room with you. At night this was bothersome at 1, 2, 3 am, as people are walking home from bars, shouting, laughing, and talking.

Right in the middle of the town. Nice view from the roof balcony of the building. Comfortable for 8 people. All pretty organized.

This is honestly a great place to stay in the El Combate area. If you’re trying to visit playa sucia or anywhere else in cabo rojo this is the place to stay. Very spacious and clean well worth the price. Owner is responsive and flexible with check in, she would respond in less than 30 minutes for all my questions. 10/10 would stay again!

This is a very nice apartment to vacation in. The beach is very close by and the apartment has all the amenities you need. Everything was nice and clean. We had a small bug problem during our stay but Venvenido Spaces were very proactive about solving it - and very accommodating to our schedule.

We really enjoyed our stay and the place in general, we will definitely be back in the future!

Great place! my family and I really enjoyed the place 🫶had good time at the pool with grandkids very quiet neighbors and close to playa buye and the Poblado.

This is a beautiful condo in a well maintained gated complex. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had some nice extra touches to make it feel like home such as Christmas decorations and ice packs for the provided cooler. We spent 2 weeks here and found the kitchen to be well equipped, the bed comfortable, and the area perfect for our needs. There are many local restaurants and beaches nearby for exploring. Carlos was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We couldn’t have been happier and we hope to stay again next year.

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we stayed for 3 weeks - we hope to come back. It is a great location for kids and we enjoy being directly on the beach. The area is very peaceful, and the property is beautifully maintained. The kayaks are a blast, the mangrove beaches are the best anywhere. Walter is a very responsive and accommodating host, responding to and addressing concerns almost immediately. We have special diet needs so we cooked every meal for 6 people without issue. We had good proximity to Sam’s Club for supplies. The refrigerator is on generator power, so everything survived the New Years blackout without loss.

Great place, two flights of stairs gets you right at the beach, very clean and great “feels like a dream home in paradise”.

Lesli was friendly and responsive, the place is serene and lovely and well equipped. The terrace is spectacular! And Lesli was very helpful when we needed help with some minor issues
