Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Minturno

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

It was love at first sight for my husband and I. Sperlonga is absolutely gorgeous and the gardens at the property offered amazing views of the surrounding area and beach. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. There are a lot of stairs to get around the city but everywhere you walk is beautiful.

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

The windmill house has completely satisfied us, a very nice structure in total relaxation. It was like being at home with all the comforts and a beautiful fireplace. The area is very quiet even for the time we stayed. Surely during the summer it is all more lively and the trails are more feasible but still the view remains breathtaking. You have to arrive prepared since there are no supermarkets in the area and to shop a little more substantial you have to go down to the valley but still feasible. The walks are quiet and relaxing and our dog Zoe had a great time too. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and well-kept allowed our labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was very kind right away. Definitely a place to come back.

Ideal location whether to enjoy the beach or visit the charming port of the old town. The apartment is bright, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Max welcomes his hosts with exceptional kindness and attention. I would highly recommend this rental.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

This place was peaceful and conveniently near the heart of town. Gianpaolo was responsive within for any questions had. Great place and an even better price. I look forward to booking this again in the future

Being a history buff, this was the perfect location. To overlook the ancient Amphitheater and walked the streets of the Appian Way was amazing! There's so much history around this tiny little town, just couldn't get over it. The accommodations were extremely roomy and great for a family of four.

Bruno received us in person and showed us the very nice apartment. The small kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is sparkling clean and the bed is comfortable. He recommended a nice restaurant near us. All in all a perfect stay.

We had the best time at Alessandro ' s place! Alessandro's communication and manners were without fault, he has been incredibly kind and polite! He is very responsive and attentive and gave us a lot of useful tips for places and restaurants and he even created a PDF with all the child friendly activities to do in the area! The place is great, clean , tidy , cozy and 3 minutes away from the beach , also is close to many nice restaurants and it's a nice seaside walk away from the historic city center. The house has all the comfort and we really enjoyed the chilling and welcoming vibes ! We definitely recommend it !

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

My parents and I stayed at Monica's apartment for a few days at the end of our Italian holiday. We absolutely loved the unit and would recommend to anyone traveling to Gaeta. Location: This unit is located just 1 block from the beach and perfect for a beach holiday. There are some cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within a few blocks, and the more central shopping area is just a 15 minute walk away. Unit: The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee (Bialetti espresso maker) and some simple lunches. Parking: The unit comes with a dedicated parking space, which is excellent since most of the street parking nearby is metered. Communication: Monica was extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process, stay, and check-out.

The accommodation was as described very central, you can travel easily on foot having everything available nearby. Courtesy and availability are characteristic features of Ivana. Thanks, and the lighting show was amazing.
