We absolutely loved staying here. Ricardo was super friendly and helpful. Quinta Freiera is a stunning farm with loads of grape vines, lemon trees, orange trees, passion fruit, etc. It was so special to stay in a house that has been in his family for over 200 years. I highly recommend this quinta!

Our stay in this house was really fantastic! The house itself was amazing and offered incredible tranquility. The hostess is one of the friendliest people we have ever met. Upon arrival we could easily park our car in the driveway of the hostess's house. She was so thoughtful in helping us get our luggage to the vacation house. To get to the house, you walk through a beautiful vineyard. This walk is an experience in itself, the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Once we arrived at the cottage, we were treated to an amazing view of the vineyard. The house itself is cozy and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a swimming pool within walking distance of the house, located on a hill. The pool is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and it was wonderful to spend time there with the family. All in all, this house was really a highlight of our first holiday in Portugal. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay!

The super nice complex is an oasis in the somewhat bustling environment of the city of Vila Real. Ins and their people are very friendly and extremely nice without being intrusive. Every morning fresh bread is brought to the house, great service, also the daily cleaning of the bungalow is very pleasant. The garden areas are very well maintained, the pool is cleaned daily, the water is super clear and refreshing. Our bungalow was more spacious than it looked like in the pictures and wonderfully cool due to the thick granite walls even at 33 degrees outside temperature. The excursion tips are lovingly drawn and well thought through. All in all, four of us had a wonderful week at Ines. Thank you!

The accommodation is exactly what it advertises. A quiet place to relax and spend a few days in nature. Liliana is a very friendly host who welcomed us on time and with a gift. To get to restaurants or shopping, a car is a must, but the distance is not too much. Liliana gave us directions on it. This is an old house renovated so you will find that some furniture is old and other modern but all functional. The cleanliness was excellent. I only tried one bed and it was so comfortable. The pool and nature do the rest.

this place is absolute paradise ✨ the millhouse is so cozy…we loved the constant river sounds and watching adorable ducks playing in the water from the many little windows. francisca & henrique are the best hosts, so responsive & sweetly brought us more firewood & firestarter for the woodstove. we had a dinner and two breakfasts there, which they bring on a tray to your door, and we really recommend for the true cozy cottage experience. lovely surroundings, cozy accommodations…this place is absolute perfection.

Kind people, simple, hard to find nowadays. Everything is great and impeccable from reception to departure. Green space, fresh air, vineyards, swimming pool. All fantastic. Definitely repeating.

Dominique’s place is one of the most unique homes we’ve stayed in thru Airbnb. Made largely of stone, it feels like a small castle. All 4 bedrooms are comfortable with separate bathrooms. It is truly in the middle of a nature reserve - so pay close attention to the instructions about driving. The short road to the house is in poor shape - we easily navigated it, but it is extremely uneven, rock filled, and bumpy. A great added bonus feature is all of the amenities available to guests: a few local beers and delicious white wine, milk, coffee, and multiple spices and cooking needs. Plus Sonos music system for music lovers. A great stay!

This is a one of a kind place that will make you remember Portugal forever. Hélder and his mother and Sebastian and his amazing cook of a wife Manuela are so great!!! Make sure to try the local bakery for their AMAZING bread!!!!

We love it! Very good to relax in the jacuzzi, like for a walk. We were received by D. Luísa, who was always concerned about the stay. In the future we will come back! Recommend!

We rented the space to be able to work in peace with the management team in Portugal, and still have plenty of space to retreat individually - if desired. It was perfect. The location, the huge space, the facilities, the communication with Rita, the reception, the giant big table, the well-equipped kitchen. Nothing but praise! We'll definitely be back!

Our vacation in Jorge's lemon bungalow was simply fantastic. The idyllic nature, the refreshing lemons and the cute ponies created a cozy atmosphere – ideal for relaxing and spending valuable time together. The accommodation left nothing to be desired: Whether coffee, spices or even a projector – everything was available and easy to find. Jorge always responded very quickly and kindly. For arrival, shopping and excursions, we recommend taking a rental car. We can recommend this little paradise, especially for couples.

Phenomenal space and very friendly hosts. It was a pity we did not have access to the pool, but it was a small gap that did not affect the experience at all. At the check in only failed not to be able to establish immediate contact, but they called after a while which also did not cause embarrassment. Beautiful and very cozy view. I will certainly return

We stayed with Annette and her husband's in their magnificent apartment for 4 days. The apartment is located with a great view of the area. A lovely terrace and another small area in front of the apartment where you can enjoy the view. The apartment is on two floors with everything you need. Well appointed and well-equipped kitchen. Parking right in front of the place. High quality. Annette is easy to get in touch with and helpful and very friendly.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage located in the countryside in a relaxing place! José and Aurora were very attentive: tips, fruit and apple juice from the farm, thank you! Supermarket 5 minutes away, rivers for swimming a few minutes away, Amarante and Guimarães 45 minutes away, Porto 1h15.

We spent an amazing weekend on Thursday. We went to a more homemade bachelorette party and we had exactly what we needed at our disposal: space, games, comfort. The fact that the rooms are in a different building from the rooms/kitchen helped a lot! Let's go back in the summer to enjoy the pool for sure! The accommodation is great, the views are breathtakingly beautiful. Wonderful beds, extensive kitchen The welcome was warm and welcoming. Maria is a likeable, friendly hostess. As a welcome, a wiite and red homemade wine were ready. Then we got delicious oranges and grapefruit. The terrace and garden are really wonderful to relax and unwind. Maria herself live in the adjacent house. She respects your privacy. In short, wonderful. Thank you Maria for an unforgettable stay.

The home is very comfortable and clean. Everything was in order and organized. Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful surroundings and area.

Perfect place to rest. Great views, really peaceful. Wonderful place to spend some time away and come back fully rested. The house is more than enough for 6 people. Kitchen has everything needed: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. The only way it could be better is if the swimming pool was a little bit bigger.

Absolutely beautiful venue!! There are no words. Communication beforehand was fab. Antonio was really helpful and booked us a sunrise yoga session for the day we left. He was responsive to questions & made sure everything was organised for us so that we could have the best time! Maria did the most amazing breakfast for us everyday. She even made sure I had a special gluten free basket of goodies! The venue was clean & had everything we needed. It wasn’t the greatest weather but Maria came in & put the log fire on for us, which was sooo cosy! Wish we could have stayed longer but had to get back for work. Thank you so much for making my friend’s celebratory weekend the BEST!!
