Perfect communication from host. Location 5 min walk to train and main st. Easy 10-15 walk to lake. Parking spot in driveway. Views to Fuji from 2 upstairs bedrooms Spacious, comfortable Generous with spare towels Heating and cooling worked well Washing machine convenient About 20 min easy walk to a larger shopping centre- Kawaguchiko Bell Restaurants we recommend include Tsuwano for ramen and Koushoya for beef cutlets. Activities- We hired bikes and rode around the lake, if Fiji is visible there are lots of photo opportunities. We also did a ride on the speed boat on the lake which is highly recommended!

The building had a very good atmosphere, and we could see Mt. Fuji from the living room.It was a harsh cold, but there was also a stove and floor heating, so we had a pleasant stay. There was also a large bathtub, and we could enter while enjoying the scent of cypress. The owner was also very polite and unforgettable stay.Thank you very much.

The overall stay was good. The host will come and pick us up at the station, and the room is fully equipped with basic amenities.You can see Mt.Fuji very clearly, the only regret is that the barbecue was not successful because the carbon provided was too wet.

The house boasts an incredible view of Mt. Fuji, and we were fortunate enough to enjoy clear skies throughout our stay. There’s nothing quite like starting your day with breakfast and a cup of coffee while gazing at the majestic mountain—it’s a truly unforgettable experience. The location is also a major highlight, as the house is within walking distance of the iconic Arakurayama Sengen Park, making it perfect for exploring the area.

It felt more open than in the photos, and we had a very pleasant time.

More peaceful is difficult. The place is at the foot of Mount Fuji, with breathtaking views from evening to morning and splendid starry skies. The house is very comfortable and well furnished, everything is great for a family (our children are 4 and 6 years old)

This beautiful inn is down the hill from Gora station. the staff is competent and friendly. You reserve the onsen as a 40min slot. its convenient and plenty of time to get a good soak, especially after a day of walking. The tatami futon is comfortable. I recommend the Japanese breakfast!

Great place to stay and in walking distance to the transport for the Hakone ropeway.

Josie's place is perfectly located near the Yamato train station. I had work to do in Zama and Sagami and was able to commute perfectly fine by train. From Yamato you can take a direct train to Shinjuku as well. There is a big supermarket nearby and lots of convenience stores around. As for the place, it is a bigger than a traditional studio as the bathroom and kitchen are in separate areas. I had a very confortable stay. The host Josie is very attentive and will guide you through everything. Would love to come back!

Even though a sick uncle was staying downstairs, I was scolded once when I returned from dinner and started stepping up the staircase from the ground floor to the unit. The Japanese-speaking uncle angrily ranted at us. On a positive note, the view of Mt. Fuji from the room was amazing. I could see it clearly through the full-height glass doors leading to the balcony. The actual views and experience are even better than the photos provided. Perhaps the host could consider taking new photos from different angles or layouts to attract more guests.

I used it with 2 families + 1 dog. We had a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle in a natural place in a nice villa. I went to Lake Yamanaka for the holidays and was prepared to be cold, but the floor heating was everywhere in the room, and I had a pleasant time. It was the best view from the living room with a view of Mt. Doe Kai Fuji from the room. The sauna was authentic and very popular. I would love to use it again if I have the chance!

There was a last-minute change in the number of guests for this convenience, but I am grateful that you handled it politely.The room was also clean and we had a good holiday.

Our family of six loved the beautiful and unique design of the home. Great amenities for a relaxing stay. Loved the kid room, and the fireplace! Would stay there again, and bring friends. There's so much space!

I was allowed to stay overnight. On the first day, I could see Mt. Fuji from the garden and felt very natural.The weather was unfortunate in the morning, and although we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, it was the best relaxing space because the house and its surroundings were full of nature even in the rain. First of all, the main large room was spacious and clean, which was great.There were so many beds that we stayed together, so we couldn't use it. The bathroom is very spacious and clean, which was good. Everything in the kitchen was also clean and well-maintained. We didn't mind the insects, but the location is somewhat. Finally, it was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in in the garden. If there's one last thing I'm curious about, the house is too spacious to get any sounds and voices, so it's a good idea to bring a speaker.I thought it would be better if the speakers were installed in the main room. I have the best memories.Thank you!
