We loved Frank’s appartment. Easy check in, good layout, well equipped, nice views, very good location adjacent to vibrant beach and next to the marina with good walking and jogging opportunities. We also loved the pool area and the gym. Only 10 minute walk to the metro.

Samer’s place was worth the money we paid. The place looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from all the balconies is amazing. The building is located in a very sophisticated area- skyscrapers all around and the harbour is a 5 mins walk from the building. There’s a supermarket right opposite the building. Samer allowed us an early checkin and Jo was very quick in his responses. One of the bathroom door knobs wasn’t working and Jo sent someone to fix it within 20 mins of me informing him about the issue. The bnb definitely made our trip very pleasant and memorable! Would definitely stay at Samer’s place the next time I visit Dubai.

Very convenient for us as our son was living 200 metres away. Very good flat and everything we needed was there. Nicely set up and comfortable. Nadia was helpful without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Jing is absolutely helpful host. She made everything perfect and understandable from beginning to end. The place is super clean and safe. Amazing relaxing view. Unit comes with screen so I worked from away while I was staying the unit. I asked Jing about the internet speed, she was really honest to send me screenshots of it which is super fast when I started working from the unit. I could easily access to grocery, restaurants. Unit is pretty walkable to anywhere. Metro is by the unit. Especially taking the metro is life saver in Dubai traffic. I could only say good things about this unit, cuz Jing thought about anything I would asked for:) I had comfortable, safe and super private vacation! Thanks to Jing. If I would come to Dubai, I would choose the same unit! 5 out of 10 stars to Jing and unit! Amazing!!!

Filippo is the best host whom I had contact,everything was perfect. People who are rent apartment in Dubai should learn from Flilippo how to be professional,nice host.(in Dubai is not common) Apartment was super clean, equipped with everything necessary and even better. A big plus is having a parking lot in the building. Very nice building, good swimming pool, Good access to the highway, bus stops nearby, 2 large shops. Communication with Filippo perfect. I recommend from all my heart

My experience at Edgar’s place was amazing! The place made me feel at home right away. really appreciated the quick and detailed response whenever I communicated. He was super helpful whenever I had a few problems and was solved right away. The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay as well. The convenience of the location to the station, supermarkets, restaurants and the marina was great. The pool and gym was also very nice. There are so many positive things I could say but I really loved the place and highly recommend it!!!! Thank you Edgar and Maryam for making my stay an awesome stay!!!!!!! I would definitely want to come back and stay again!!!!

The accommodation was perfect, the apartment is on the 32nd floor of the Torch Tower. There is a concierge at the reception as well as in the parking lot. The staff monitors people's entrances and exits. it's secure (even if in Dubai there is no insecurity). The pool is in the sun in the morning, it is heated to 28. There is a hot tub next door which is 35 degrees. Very nice in case of gray weather. The accommodation is very quiet. Karan leaves beach towels available. We had a very good interaction with Karan who is very responsive and very professional. He listens to all requests. Very good location on the marina, close to the tram and then the subway. There are also taxis at the foot of the building. there is a Carrefour supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment. We would recommend this listing. Thank you we had a very nice week in your apartment.

I had an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful residential community. The private beach, private gym, and grocery store in the parking lot were all very convenient. The flat was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sarbjeet Singh, the guest service team member, was very pleasant and always available to solve minor issues. I highly recommend staying here.

This place you really need to check out if ever visiting Dubai. Everything on your doorstep and views are amazing.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

This was the second time i stayed at Sara's place. The house is very clean and same as the pictures. She is very responsive and made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended and an amazing experience.

I was very happy with all contact that I had with Khadija. She was very responsive prior to my arrival in Dubai and was very accommodating in passing over the key at a time convenient to both of us. She also contacted me to see if there was anything we needed which was appreciated. I was very happy with the apartment itself, the location and facilities around. The description was accurate (great use of the sauna, swimming pool, internet, kitchen facilities, washing machine etc) and the view of the Palm was simply incredible. Two very happy customers. Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely lovely apartment, we stayed for a month and I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay short or long term. The kitchen and the bathrooms stood out for me as they are totally updated, the shower is huge and rain shower is a great treat! The sofa is super comfy as is the bed and it looks just like the photos. You have views of the sea and beach, and you can walk everywhere or take the tram which is just outside the building. The building is full of amazing amenities including a pool and gym. This is the best part of Dubai, the best for transportation or for those who like to walk. Sam is an amazing host, super friendly and the best host we have had in Dubai, he would make an amazing landlord too for those wishing to stay long term. Good landlords are hard to find in Dubai. He was responsive and communicated really well. We have moved into our permanent home now and I will definitely use and recommend Sam's airbnb if it is still available in future.
