Had a lovely stay. Easy self check in and some goodies to welcome us much appreciated. Very quiet location just 5 minute level walk to centre of Bakewell. Quite a few stairs in property but this was expected and not a problem for us. Pamela always very responsive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

We stayed for five days in Fox Cottage. The accomodation was so welcoming, cosy and clean and the hosts friendly, informative welcoming and responsive Within one day our children our children wanted to come back. The cottage is:- - very conveniently located for local amenities and towns. - in a very peaceful location with enviable views which the picture window the photographs highlights - was spotless throughout and turned out with modern high quality furnishings - had lots of welcoming details (toiletries) which made for a welcoming and special experience - was frequented by two very friendly cats which the children adored - had a very peaceful private garden/deck which will be lovely when warm Should we return to the peak District we will first look to book Fox Cottage

Lovely barn, exactly as described and the dogs absolutely loved it too. Lovely walks in the surrounding area and perfect pub just down the road with amazing views.

A great place to stay, a lovely well equipped cottage, with fantastic views and friendly and responsive hosts. There's lots to do in Matlock Bath, we had a great time here.

We stayed here for a few days to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our dog Boris. The cottage is beautiful & tastefully decorated with everything you could want or need. Although the cottage is in the centre of the town, it’s on a quiet footpath away from the hustle & bustle so really quiet especially in the small courtyard garden. The breakfast that comes as part of the package was first class & far outweighed our expectations, we will definitely stay here again when we visit this part of the country.

We had a great stay at Lavender cottage! It's in a lovely quiet location but only a short walk to shops and pubs. The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay! Thanks Ruth.

Absolutely stunning views over the Derbyshire countryside. Clover Cottage has everything you need to feel like home from home. The added extras of the hot tub, sauna and goats make it so special! Location is great for getting about to local towns and attractions. It's also lovely and peaceful when you just want to relax. Rebecca the host was super helpful and friendly. We loved every minute of our stay!

What a wonderful space to meet up with family and be able to relax. Jane was very flexible on having dogs and responded quickly when there was a plumbing issue that needed sorting. The weather was fab and we were able to make great use of the conservatory area. The house was warm and the hot water never ran out. Jane was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All on all a wonderful week for us to reconnect, in a beautiful area of the country with great walks and eating options to suit everyone. Haddon Hall is a must. A great short stay at this lovely cottage. Fantastic views and a cosy feel. Location was very convenient in the village very near to the fabulous pub and lovely walks. The cottage was very well equipped with everything needed.
