Had an amazing stay. The house was clean and on private property which felt safe. The host was very responsive and friendly. I asked if there was a water cooker and she actually brought a new one. Best host ever. Can really recommend this place.

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.

My husband and I spent one night at this Airbnb and had everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected from the photos, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

We loved our stay here! Ryan and Rosie are superb hosts. They were attentive, quick to respond, very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed was right there, including plenty of towels for the pool/beach, cooking spices, oils, sugar, etc, a well equipped kitchen, very clear instructions for the amenities, and so much more. You can tell how much care and thought was put into this place! We loved the beautiful pool and hot tub, and the waterfall and fountain water effects on the pool were so impressive and added to the peaceful ambiance. The fire pit and patio was beautiful, with a huge amount of outdoor cooking space. The location was close to many great restaurants, stores, and of course, beaches. It’s located in a beautiful, friendly, safe, neighborhood. They even had a safe parking spot in the driveway for our car. We were so impressed with Ryan and Rosie as hosts and in their beautiful AirBNB, we will be excited to stay again next time we’re in the area!

This was a great home with added space you just can’t get when staying in a hotel. Bathroom and bedrooms were clean and well taken care of. Kitchen and tv room were perfect for the space needed. Hosts were welcoming and accessible if needed.

Our return stay at California Dreamin’ was just as relaxing and fun as our first visit. The home is spacious and comfortable, and is well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked (chocolates and dog treats!) Susan is a responsive and helpful host, and the location is unbeatable—easy walk to beaches and downtown (if you can tear yourself away from the balcony!) We’ll be back again.

Our trip to Long Beach was nice. It is a busy neighborhood with limited parking. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot at the rear of the property near the garage to avoid trying to park on the street. The beach is only a 1 -1/2 block walk. 2nd street is close by and there are many eating options available. Dog beach is close by if you have a dog. For me it was a golfing trip and hoping to do it again next year.

Great place! Would definitely stay there again!
