Vacation rentals in Midvale

We could not have chosen a better place for our first anniversary of being married. This cozy, quaint place has a beautiful view of the lake, its surrounded with trees, quite with the occasional siting of deer and we enjoyed watching a raccoon. Also it’s not far from Ponderosa State Park where we went snowshoeing. The downtown is also not far. We hope to go back in the near future, maybe this summer! Thank you Dave & Satu! Annette & Joel

Amazing place and walkable to town! Hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Would consider returning. The only major downsides were: (a) there are no blinds in almost all windows, including a glass door in the master bed, so the inside is always exposed to light and limited privacy; and (b) the host asked us to do the dishes and strip away bed sheets, but we paid a $150 cleaning fee. I’m tired of being asked to clean my hosts when we’re paying cleaning fees, especially in higher end properties.

Great rental for a group. Large kitchen and well furnished. Very comfortable and good communication from host.

The home was fantastic! We where in McCall for my daughters wedding so we had friends and family over for meals constantly and there was plenty of space. The couch and dining table where very comfortable The house is spotless and the barn was the same ! So close to downtown 5 minute drive or you can walk during summer Our only wish was the beds where on a better frame because when you sleep they make noise when you move during the night and the beds ARE super hard all they need is a foam pad…all guests stated the same. I also wish they had more hangers in all rooms because we all had suits and dresses for all wedding events that needed hanging and last more face towels Boys loved the hot tub and the boot warmers and room to dry clothes were great ! Minimal things overall we would definitely stay again!! And totally worth the price!!

We had a great stay here! We found the condo to be very comfortable and larger than we had anticipated. Location was perfect- we were able to walk into town easily (even with our toddler in tow) and had a great view of the lake. We were able to cook multiple meals at the condo, Alicia has it well stocked with nice kitchen appliances. Would happily stay again!

This home is the perfect, quiet getaway! The way the subdivision is situated, you truly feel like you’re alone in the woods. The creek trickling below with the chirping birds- I could’ve sat on the back porch all day! The inside was just perfect and so beautifully decorated. The space worked great for our women’s church weekend. Our entire party was able to sleep peacefully, as well as share meals and gatherings together comfortably. The hot tub and proximity to the local hot springs pool were a great bonus! Would love to come back in the summertime! Brent was flexible, very quick to respond and lovely to work with. I’d recommend Brent and this gorgeous home to anyone!

We loved the place! Maya was super helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. Super close to the center of McCall. It was very clean and there were lots of games for us to use. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for making meals, etc. We would definitely stay here again!
