Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Midtown, Nashville

The hosts were great and always reached out just to check in and make sure things were going smoothly. The unit was excellent, spotless, great location, and well equipped for a stay longer than a day or two. The beds, pillows, and linens, were extremely comfortable. A couple things to know/keep in mind… the king room is directly across from an active fire station so get your white noise set up on your phones or bring earplugs. A better shower head in the main bathroom would be great (water pressure is lacking) and there are usually some snacks laid out in spots like this but there were none at this unit upon arrival. Overall a fantastic stay, great unit, and great hosts. I highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Nashville.

This place is a gem, prime location, 10 min walk to Broadway street but it goes by super fast as you get to walk past music city, country hall of fame, nashville ice hockey stadium etc. No words to describe how comfortable the beds are, exactly what we needed after a night out. Stay here you will not regret it.

Great location! Spacious & adorable place. Rhonda was very responsive to all messages. The Latch was surprisingly easy to use. Highly recommend!

Great place in a perfect location. Has everything you need for a weekend trip. Getting in and out is very easy with the Latch App. Ubers come right to the front door. The Burnham does get crazy after midnight on weekends. Tons of noise and someone pulled the fire alarm at 2:40am. Besides that it was a great stay. Checkout was simple too.

Had everything you are looking for in a trip to Nashville. The hosts and the room had everything we needed and it was in a perfect walkable location.

Wonderful location. We enjoyed the walk to Broadway and the Statehouse. New construction in close proximity so some noise, barely noticeable. Most all that me needed was available to us. We plan to return someday with another couple , but will need a two bedroom condo then.

Super cute & comfortable place to stay outside of the Broadway. Loved the fun decor and that every room had its own bathroom. Great communication from the host.

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Tricia's apartment is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Nashville! It's within walking distance of great restaurants but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Broadway Street to enjoy a peaceful stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the thoughtful décor added to the charm of the place. We stayed with our dog and had a wonderful time. We're absolutely certain we'll return to Tricia's place in the future!

My family enjoyed our stay at Louie’s this week. The house was a good size for our group of 7, including 3 small children. A real plus to have 2 full bathrooms! We were glad to have the kitchen bar to feed the children. The dry board on the kitchen wall was a blessing-kept the little ones busy for hours! We did all of our own meals at the house, and found the kitchen to be easy to work in, and most pots, pans, utensils that we needed were available. It was great to have so much parking space! I thought the location would be noisy with car traffic, but the area was very quiet. The house is in a lovely neighborhood with quiet streets, shops and a park near by, and a grocery store less than a mile away. We were in town to go to a Penguins hockey game, and the house location was very convenient for travel to and from hockey arena.

Brody was an amazing host with a beautiful home. Gave very clear instruction without question and was extremely flexible with times. Will definitely book again if I get the chance.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Terri and her husband were so friendly and welcoming! The extremely small percentage of them making use of the shared space came with prompt warnings/informing us they would be around so we had plenty of notice! Our favorite parts of the stay were the backyard deck, the gorgeous mirror in the basement, and how unique and hand-picked all the artwork was! The space was a perfect mix of feeling at home while also having plenty of picture worthy spots. My personal favorite touch was the skeleton decoration in the truck in the backyard, so funny and gave us the perfect laugh to start our stay. HUGE thank you to Terri and Jon!

Good for bigger groups, lots of beds and bathrooms. Great rooftop areas. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Overall great stay for our bachelorette trip and we enjoyed it very much.

We had fun while staying here. The place was really decorated cute. We liked it, and easy access to downtown Nashville. I do think that there needs to be a soft couple of chairs and/or a couch upstairs, near the dining room table area. While the kids played downstairs, my back started to hurt terribly on those metal chairs. So much so, that I had to lay down in bed.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my friend’s bachelorette! It was super clean and felt even nicer than the photos! Everything was super clean and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
