The host was excellent, very responsive, friendly, and generous with flexible check in and check out. The space was as described and as pictured with a nicely updated bathroom. The bedrooms had firm vs. softer mattresses so if you are not using both rooms you can have your preference. The space was thoughtfully decorated with some holiday cheer as well as nice every day decoration and practical conveniences like extra hooks for hanging coats. The location was excellent being close to the town green and beach. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were well stocked with utensils, toiletries, and linens. Being dog friendly was a huge plus. I would recommend and stay again.

I'm a local and this was a perfect stay for my grand children and daughter for the holiday. They felt at home and there was nice outdoor space to explore. We hopefully can book this spot in the future for visits

We loved this house! It was the cutest beachy oasis in the winter. Perfect for our girls weekend! Great antique shops and the cutest town! Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Its lovely cottage feel - hearing the waves of the sound was amazing. The space was cozy and very clean -mattress very comfortable and plenty of storage space.

My expectations were exceeded, the apartment was exactly what we needed. It’s was very clean and neatly maintained and convenient.

Our visit was utilitarian. We needed accommodations for us, our grown children and grandchildren and a dog. But the site of the cottage, its charm, its comfort made us wish we were staying another week. James' thoughtfulness went beyond any other Airbnb hosts' that we've experienced. Everything we might need if we were staying 10 days was there, clean, labeled. Thank you, James.

This was an incredible stay! The cottage is cheery and bright. There's such a warm cozy feeling the second you walk into the place. It feels like a family cottage that you've spent weeks at as a child, but tastefully decorated for adults. There's two spaces to sit and chill out (three including the outdoor patio if you go in the warm weather) and Meaghan made excellent use of every space. There's everything you need for your stay. I have to gush about a few of my favorites. First of all, you can bring your dog, that's HUGE! He made himself at home quickly and rarely moved from his cherished spot. I went to sit down in a little armchair and watch the geese on the water and found that the chair was a little rocker. This is an example of several little sparks of joy you'll find sprinkled throughout your stay. Great water pressure. Great location! I'd say book this place immediately, but I don't want to share! Seriously though, you'll love it! It's exactly as described. A+++
