Connie place was so cozy and amazing! Private but still within walking distance of the main strip. Everything you can think of is provided and makes it feel very homey. Me and my boyfriend really loved our stay and got to enjoy everything St. Augustine had to offer.

The manager was very communicative with clear instructions. We have a large F350 and she offered an easy parking solution as St Augustine is a very old city with narrow streets and driveways. The kitchen was tiny, but we weren't there to cook so we didn't use it except to make coffee and tea. We were there to attend a baby shower but also to be able to see the holiday lights and bustle of historic St Augustine without having to drive. This apartment did not disappoint and we would definitely stay here again.

Visited during Night of Lights. This is the perfect location to get to and see everything. Property is old but well maintained. Liz responded to all of our questions right away. Of note-no TV but plenty of STA reading material. Also, WiFi/cell signal can be spotty as the area gets busier with tourists.

Stan was a great communicator. Place looked exactly as shown on pictures. Good location and value.

Great spacious 2/1 home with nice modern upgrades. If you want Central San Marco with walking distance to San Marco square and views of the St John’s River and beautiful sunsets- this is your place. Master bedroom very spacious with TV (that does not appear in photos)… Also one of the coziest beds I’ve stayed in! Casey very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Valeries's place was just lovely! A good sized, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom. The place was situated perfectly to walk to town, spend some time and walk back. We usually walked back in the evening for dinner and to see the lights. It was a most enjoyable visit, and we will be back. Thanks Valerie!

This home was easy walking distance to great restaurants, bars and sights to see. The house was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend.

This house was great for me and my family. We were able to accommodate everyone and feel with great space at the same time. Close to everything and private area. I would consider staying in this property in the future.

Great location, walkable to downtown area , clean and well stocked

We were surprised at the great quality of all things pertaining to the home. Dwhat a great spacious split floor plan and the primary ensuite was great. Everything was new looking and in great condition.

It was a great stay! Everything was nice and peaceful.

The house was spacious and beautiful. The area was very quiet and depending on when you stay the location has a lot of events and activities including a pool and jacuzzi on site. The neighbors were friendly also. It’s close to restaurants and shopping and not too far from downtown. Marcel and Angela were awesome hosts and I would love to stay again whenever I’m in town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our group of 10 to spend the night before we left for our cruise. House was easy to find, and check in was simple. Everything was super clean and matched the description. Katie was responsive and even let our group check in a bit early since we arrived earlier than we had planned. If we’re ever back in the area with a big group, we’ll definitely be looking to book with Katie again.

Sally's place was delightful. It is tastefully decorated and situated in a quiet area. Sally was extremely responsive to our inquiries and very pleasant in her communications.

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Place

This was our second stay at Luis' place. It's a very clean townhouse in a quiet but super convenient location. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer. It's located near campus, restaurants, and shopping but is very quiet and tucked away for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend Luis' townhome for your stay in Gainesville.

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

We had a very comfortable stay! The condo was just as advertised and very clean. Great location with a 15min drive to downtown, less than 10min walk on the property to the beach, and a grocery store 3 miles away. Holly was very pleasant and made sure we had an easy check in and was available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

We can’t say enough about this fabulous condo. We stay here often when visiting family and the beachfront location is spectacular with panoramic views and surround windows. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room area are just like being home. The king size bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and nice open closet area. We enjoy daily walks on the beach and nearby favorite eating places. A short ride to Neptune beach center with many shops & restaurants to choose from. We love Tiffany as our host, and she is always just a text away with wonderful communication and helpful ideas for our stay. We have been vacationing along these beaches for over 25 years and this is our home away from home. Thank You so much Tiffany for this awesome condo!

Needed a place to stay while visiting my parents, who live in a local assisted living. Todd’s place was convenient, clean, pool was beautiful although it closes at dusk (no fault to Todd but good to know) and easy access to the beach. Will definitely look to book here again in the future!
