Amei !! Everything very clean, organized, great space, with plenty of kitchen utensils that helped us a lot !! Only one addendum, the entrance door of the ap. We're making noise when it comes time to open, but that's all it is.

This is the second time we have stayed at this accommodation and it is great, very airy, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool, the pools and the game room are very cool, the host always responds when it is needed, we will certainly come back more often.

Marcio and Beta were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Always available to help and ensuring that we had everything we needed. We thank you very much for your attention and hospitality!

Great location, the pool seems to be bigger in the picture but nothing we don't enjoy.. the rooms are great, 3 bathrooms help a lot. I didn't have a lot of canvases for the barbecue.. but everything was great, Paraty is beautiful.

The house is great, very reliable for the photos - cozy, spacious, clean… and very well located! Geraldo very responsive, great support since before the stay. We'll definitely be back!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

The house matches what's listed. Quiet, very safe location, located inside a condominium but also gives access to non-residents. Very close to the beach, just 200 meters on a quiet street. You already go out on the beach right under some trees that make a big shade. If you arrive early, you don't even need to bring a sunshade. For those who like to "fry," there is plenty of space on the sand as well. Very calm beach, looks like a pool, great for everyone. There are kiosks and carts that serve tourists and there are also kiosks that are further to the left of the beach but that deliver the portions wherever you are. We loved the place and the accommodation. Very good.

I went out for a walk with friends. Me and they were delighted with the place. Amazing stay. Beautiful sea views! Well located house with leisure area and amazing garden. Full kitchen, and the best 2 refrigerators. Claudino always responding quickly and attentively. Caseiro Fabiano and his wife and the gardener, amazing people, always available when requested, polite and well communicative! We intend to return in prediction 🙏

Sônia was an excellent host, extremely polite and kind, she gave us all the support we need, gave us all the information with details and photos, and was always available to answer questions and messages. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

I loved our stay, ap. Perfect, everything new and the great space, I was surprised, much more than expected… everything I needed to cook (bowls, dishes, etc.) had to spare. The easy access location is very quiet, Mr. Quite requested, mt gentleman… If I have the opportunity I will come back other times, I recommend it!

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
