The cottage is super beautiful, exactly the same as the photo, the pool very good, easy to find the cottage, Judith gave us several tips for what to do there and good beaches, I will come back more often. I really enjoyed it

The Host was extremely proactive and accessible, answering our doubts always with kindness and attention. The house was impeccable, everything clean and an otima structure, with a dishwasher (amamos), with washing and drying machine if necessary, spacious, comfortable place. The House has the greatest ventilation, it was our concern, because the house has no air conditioning, we do not miss, the rooms have ventilation.

The host Claudia is very attentive and careful. We explained the way, gave us very good tips, and in doubts it was always very cordial. The house is beautiful and cozy and equal to the description of the listing. It was clean and tidy, and super well structured with all kitchen items. The very good location, as it is close to the beaches and the waterfall in the hinterland of cocoa and the Boiçucanga waterfall, which we also got to know on this trip. Too beautiful the place and the house! Valeu very apena!! I would definitely return to São Sebastião and stay in this house again 🥰❤️

Great house, the stadia was very nice, we had a lot of fun! 5 minutes from Maranduba beach, market and restaurants nearby, and the house has a swimming pool, with barbecue area! was what we liked the most. We'll be back soon 💜

I loved my stay. All clean,organized, and not to mention the wonderful view. There is a market,restaurants,a pizzeria, everything is very close by and on foot. I highly recommend and plan to return as soon as possible.

We really like the apartment. place organized, clean, we find everything we need. Community areas also very clean, polite and helpful staff. The Rossana host always attentive and concerned about our comfort, super indicated and would like to come back for sure in the future.

The Jairo estate is exactly as described, is very well located in Juquehy, it is very close to the center where we find gas station, pharmacy, supermarket bakery (South Coast has the best price). Anyway we love it!

We love Carlos' apartment. Super airy, very clean and comfortable. The rooms were exactly as described and with new and working air conditioning, as well as the roof jacuzzi we used a lot. The spaces of the building are great, swimming pool, playground, umbrellas placed every day on the beach, as well as very friendly and helpful staff. The host also makes available beach chairs that were essential. The location of the building on Toninhas beach is also amazing, extremely familiar beach, great for children's bathing. Negative point is that no bed and bath linens are available but the host also indicated a very good rental company. It was so worth it. The open space of the roof that has the jacuzzi and barbecue is a delight. The host was also very fast and available in all communication and instructions both before and during. I highly recommend this place for those looking to enjoy a delicious beach.
