Apartment vacation rentals in Miami Springs

When we arrived there were a lot of others checking in so that process was a little slow but when we got to the condo the view was worth the wait. Overlooking both the pool and ocean. Two queen beds in main bedroom and a trundle bed in living room. Location is 20 min to Ft Lauderdale, 40 min to Miami and 3 1/2 hours to Orlando. We did a day trip to Magic Kingdom. Long day but with it to roll into the same vacation. 4 Beach chairs and umbrella available for use was helpful.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

Great little hideout with lots of natural light within walking distance of park, grocery, bar, and great restaurant options. Host was awesome, thank you :)

Dharma’s place is just perfect for two people looking for a beach vacation. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The pools are great and the chairs/umbrella at the beach are perfect. You can also get drinks & food service on the beach from Kalypso Restaurant next door. Highly recommend the apartment and will be returning!

This spacious, clean 2nd floor walkup is just as pictured and centrally walkable to everywhere. It's conveniently away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. The beach, Espanola way, free trolley, Collins Ave & Lincoln mall road are only a few blocks from the apt. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels & a small cooler was available. Romain & Maru are very accommodating hosts, allowing us to drop off our luggage early and providing us an extra blanket when requested. The only downside was that the mattress was a little too firm for my preference but, otherwise, I would definitely rent again!

I came to Miami with my buddy to celebrate the long weekend and this location was perfect. Our host, Chloe, was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The area was convenient for ubering. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this air bnb.

Scott was an amazing host . He made us feel very welcome and comfortable . We really enjoyed the private pool area and also had our own private patio with a beautiful fountain . Scott was very attentive to any of our requests . He definitely was a “super”host . Plus we got to enjoy Romeo the wonder beagle !

Great apartment in Bar Harbor! It was my first time on the island, and the location was excellent—just a block away from a couple of coffee shops and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The apartment was bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise compared to Miami Beach Airbnbs. It was also super clean. I highly recommend it!

Had a great stay at this spacious apartment. Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay on a quiet street. Thought has also gone into fundamentals a guest needs on arrival, such as tea & coffee, washing liquid and laundry pods etc all sufficiently provided. Easy keyless check in, fast reliable internet and a secure and upbeat neighbourhood, walkable to supermarkets (Publix & Trader Joes) and all that Lincoln Road has to offer. Thanks Eytan & Ygal's for a great stay in Miami, i look forward to confidently booking with you on my next visit to Miami, A+ accommodation & service.  

It was the most convenient and easy AirBnB experience I've ever had. Francisco was so responsive to all my questions, and took the initiative to communicate before check in and check out too. The room was attached to a home but it felt like our own private home. We had our own door code, bathroom, small kitchen, desk, bed, and all the appliances. It was exactly what we needed for 5 days. While his home is located 15-20 minutes away from busy Miami areas, we felt that it was an easily drivable distance and didn't find it a hassle to commute, especially since we had a car. He has a private gate for the home so our car was safely parked inside the premises. Everything felt clean, safe, and easy! We really enjoyed staying there, and would definitely stay there again if we ever go to Miami.

It's a really nice place with wonderful views and the pool and hot tub were the highlights of our stay. Easy to walk to various bars and restaurants. Check-in was a little confusing as there are 3 buildings and it wasn't clear which building and entrance to use. Ben should provide a map/photo of the valet and entrance to use. Also, the lady who checked us in didn't speak very good English. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

Excellent place, the jacuzzi is one of the best pleasures of the place and the service is incredible, a place worth knowing.

Beautiful sunny wrap-around deck, flexible check-in&out, big comfy bed, incredible rooftop and building amenities, coffee shop in the building, close by to everything you need (restaurants, parks, etc.) .. made my first visit to Miami absolutely perfect, wished I could've stayed longer!

Great location. Walkable to many restaurants. Stayed for a couple of nights before our cruise. Plenty to do without ever having to take an Uber. Pool is nice. Beds were comfortable. Place is as described / pictured.

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

Patrick was a very gracious and responsive host. The apartment was as pictured. Everything was easy and great. Would stay again.

The condo was a delight. Impeccably clean, great location and with all the amenities. The king bed was luxurious and the condo was very modern and comfortable. I couldn't figure out the Sling TV so I had to watch the Super Bowl on my laptop unfortunately. Other than that, the condo was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Loved the place! Felt like at home and it was only a 3 day short stay.Close to shops and restaurants!The unit was is nice,got nice lights everywhere,comfy bed,lovely kitchen and living room area.Really enjoyed our stay.Definitely will come back if ever back to Miami! Thank you! 🙏
