Vacation rentals with a patio in Miami River

We had an exceptional experience with Joe and Cynthia from our first few exchanges making a booking right through checkout. The check-in was seamless and the place was exactly as described. Modern, updated, clean and with all the amenities. The neighborhood is amazing - and the building is a stones throw from CocoWalk and the Marina. Thank you for making our stay so incredible. We had an awesome vacation and cant wait to book this spot again soon.

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

Best airb&b experience i’ve had. Host was responsive and kind. I ended up staying an extra night since my flight was canceled and they accommodated me immediately early in the morning. I will absolutely be staying with them again! Unit was gorgeous and the view was immaculate. 100/10 stay and experience! Will only be staying with them when i’m in Miami from now on!

The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

The place is incredible, very comfortable and clean. The area is excellent, very close to many places. You can walk two blocks and be in the Design District. Johanna was always attentive to any questions during the stay. Its a place I would return to on my next trip with my family.

Andrea’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our stay in Miami! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Andrea was a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly accommodating. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay near the beach (7min walk) and near a grocery store (10min walk). Includes a dedicated parking spot and private pool. Vickie is friendly, proactive as well as very responsive. One slight flaw was the building manager said there was no crib and high chair upon check in which was a shock as we traveled with a baby. It turned out both were available (as well as some amazing toys); the building manager just needs to be more aware what is in the property, but Vickie smoothened that out.

The place was adorable. Perfect location if you want to rent a yacht right outside. Beautiful view will definitely be back

We had a great stay at Tony’s apartment over our winter vacation. The apartment is indeed as described, very clean, well appointed and obviously well taken care of. The location is fantastic; a short walk to the beach as well as multiple restaurants, however not as frenetic as the neighborhood north of Fifth. It was nice to have the availability of a grill and the outdoor pool and dining areas. Tony was a very proactive and responsive host, checking in with us multiple times during our stay. We had a minor toilet issue that Tony quickly resolved. We look forward to staying with Tony again later this year.

Beautiful building, very clean, everything you could need from an apartment. Loved the bbq and pool area on the 6th floor. Only slight issue was the noise from the road at night but it’s to be expected in a lively city like Miami. Dani was a great host!

We had an amazing stay. incredible condo, extremely clean, organized, all the amenities needed. Fantastic location, on the beach, close to many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
