Very welcoming and comfortable trailer, the jacuzzi is great. Flexible check in and check out. Proximity to Annecy, not even 10 minutes. Quiet and clean accommodation, functional and equipped with bed linen, bath sheets, dish towels which reduces the volume of our suitcases 😊 Definitely recommend and will most likely return.

Very friendly welcome from Stefan. The cottage is true to the descriptions in the listing. The cottage was well heated on arrival and we were lucky to have fresh snow. We took the spa package during our stay and we enjoyed it. Idyllic setting if you like tranquility and being in the heart of nature. We would happily stay again! We couldn't meet Amandine but she remained available to answer my questions about the herbal teas she offers. Thank you very much.

Just what we wanted. Max 10 min walk from shops etc. 1 minute walk to ski shop and 4 minutes to fast lift. Great place and very comfortable. Would Recomended.

Great stay, Hélène welcomed us in person, and she is very responsive in case of questions. The apartment is very nice and functional. We also really enjoyed the spa and the quiet environment. We recommend it!

Everything was perfect, the accommodation pleasant, well arranged and equipped, located in a pleasant and quiet environment. I would like to highlight the quality of the amenities and bedding in particular, the possibility of being accompanied by your pet, which is rare in a nice and well-equipped accommodation. The surrounding nature makes you want to discover even more. I had a pleasant stay and would love to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Very pleasant stay in the cottage of Valerie, a zen-inspired cottage with its warm bespoke decor and the spa with views of the surrounding mountains. A very cocooning wood stove and a charming outdoor environment. Thank you for a great week!

Everything was good, House is huge with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, also all bedrooms are on upper level so children can sleep while adults spend the evening in the living room. Jacuzzi in the garden was very relaxing after skiing. Quite close to Morzine/Les Gets ski Skopes 15min by car. Thank you

Really great stay close to the mountains for our ski week. Very comfortable and warm. Hot tub with amazing views. We enjoyed a meal cooked by the host one night and it was delicious. Loved the washer/dryer and ski drying room. We will be back

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

Very welcoming hosts and great sympathy. The accommodation is warm, in a very beautiful peaceful environment. Close to Annecy city center. Many hikes are to be done around offering sublime panoramas.

The cat is quiet and on its own. We made the walk out of the tips, go swimming to the swimming pool with slides vitam, visited the towns of yvoire and annecy. Furthermore, we have been near bonneville to mini golf and toboggan run and in lusac with cable car up for a walk with a view of mont blanc.

Super-responsive, proactive host with local recommendations and where to ski. The site allowed a flexible check-in and still left us a welcome gift.

The house was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view over the lake. It has also some very good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We rented the estate for a weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday as well as to meet with friends and family. We had a great weekend, the accommodation is very spacious, well-equipped and clean. The hosts were responsive to any questions if needed. We will keep a very good memory!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice
