Vacation rentals with beach access in Metung

We stayed in Room 2 and really enjoyed it! The room was neat, well equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, etc and well-situated (just 5 mins by car and a quick 20 min walk) from the town centre. We actually looked forward to coming back to rest every night because it was so cosy. Angie even left us a whole bar of chocolate to gorge on :) Would recommend for a couple or lone traveller. My husband also booked a massage appointment with Angie and said it was great. She managed to work out the knots in his back and he felt very relaxed afterwards :)

Great place had one night with my family, with Karen’s family living on the top floor who were very welcoming and assisted us to check in well.

Tim and Deb's place was clean,comfortable and immaculately presented.The location was peaceful with great views of the water and plenty to do in the surrounding area.We enjoyed the local walkways and swimming in the lake Highly recommend this place

The Metung Pearl was a great place to explore Metung from. Matching the description, the apartment is small but cosy and full of natural light with views out to the lake. The apartment is in a quiet location, but only a couple of minutes walk to cafes and the pub. The best part is the private jetty. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there, watching the swans and pelicans do their thing. Yu was a proactive host, with clear instructions and information in the lead up to the stay. Highly recommend the Metung Pearl to anyone wanting a fuss-free home base from which to explore Metung!

The house location is excellent, although at the intersection, it is quiet and the whole town is quite beautiful!The host also provided lots of snacks and unexpected wine! Nice

Would not hesitate to stay here again! This place was immaculate in a stunning location and walkable to all we wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer and would absolutely stay again. Also wonderful communication and assistance! Thank you.

we booked a 2 night stay last minute and were not disappointed. very private location with stunning views and a great sunset. Amenities excellent ...used the BBQ. Close to walk down to lake and Wallaby Ck walk worth doing. A short drive to Metung village ...a must! nice boardwalk and pub dinner great. Also not far from Lakes Entrance - we had bikes and enjoyed a relaxing few hours around here. It was nice to go back to our accom with the beaut views (did I mention the stunning sunset) and quiet surrounds

Nicole's place is in a great location in Lakes Entrance. The property is neat and tidy. It has some activities in the garage such as a pool table, darts and other equipment (bikes, beach equipment) which is really handy. Would definitely recommend to people with families.

My friends and I really enjoyed the place! It was as described and lives up to and exceeds all expectations that we had of this place. Easy walk to beach, It was peaceful and relaxing place with a lot of wildlife like kangaroos and bunny’s. the most surprising part of this trip was how bright the Milky Way was above the house and how gorgeous it was. Great kitchen, easy to navigate and came equipped with more than enough utensils. The owners were very responsive and helpful offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and beach’s.

What a breathtaking view!! My family and I (group of 6 with 2 young children) had such an enjoyable stay at Karen’s. You can see panorama view of lake from two out of three rooms and view from balcony is just stunning. Clean and functional kitchen, comfortable couch and beautiful lounge room and beautifully set up bedrooms, not to mention clean bathrooms. There are two car parking space. Karen is a great, caring and responsive host. Highly recommend the stay, we sure hope to be back when we’re in the area again next. Thank you Karen :)

Overall a wonderful stay for our family of 6 (3 adults + 3 kids) & 2 dogs. We especially loved the deck around the property as our dogs could move around and rest in different spots as the weather heated up during the day. Place was cosy, well-furnished and well-equipped (which makes sense considering the limited options available at Golden Beach). Instructions were clear and we were greatly appreciative of the flexibility shown with check in & check out. Our dogs also enjoyed resting under the house (gave us a scare when we couldn’t find one) and as it’s a fully secure place, we had absolute peace of mind. Thoroughly recommend Megan’s & Mark’s if you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat away from the hustle and bustle; in idyllic, blissful, beautiful Golden Beach. We will be back again !!

We had an amazing stay at Clare’s place! The location was perfect, making it so easy to explore the beautiful lake and beach nearby. The facility was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Clare was a fantastic host with great communication, always quick to respond and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Tom’s accomodation was an affordable and homey stay which my mates and I really enjoyed, we had a variety of weather which made the fireplace a perfect perk. The location was good not far from the main town centre but secluded enough to enjoy some quiet time. Overall a great trip

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The house was spacious and the bathrooms were relatively clean. Only thing is that this place is ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids not 8 adults are 2 rooms are linked together and there will be little privacy Overall great location with plenty of wildlife

We had the most incredible stay at David’s Airbnb in Loch Sport! From the moment we booked, David went above and beyond to ensure our family holiday was perfect. He sent us fantastic local tips and suggestions throughout our trip, and his quick, thoughtful responses to any questions were so appreciated. The house itself was an absolute gem and stocked with everything you could ever possibly need for a family getaway. The running joke of our trip became, “Surely David has that for us,” because, without fail, he did! From kitchen essentials to cleaning supplies and thoughtful extras, every detail was covered. It was so amazing that we’ve already booked a two-week stay for next summer!
