Vacation rentals with a balcony in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Luca was a great host. He provided a list of many recommended restaurants and attractions. We ate at 4 of his recommended restaurants and all were good, especially Funnaco pizza lab. The location is very convenient for walking. The space was clean and we enjoyed the Nespresso machine.

We had an amazing 5 day stay at Margaretas place. House offers very peacefull vacation with pool, jacuzzi and even sauna and great charcoal grill. House is very nicely furnished and has several ac units. Only one bedroom doesn’t have ac, so it gets hot with the doors closed. Many shops and restaurants in the village near the house. 10 minute drive to the beach! I would definately come back!

Already in advance, Agostino responded to queries in record time and even a small change of dates was not an issue. Rita and Pino have taken care of ours on site. We will keep the fresh salad from the garden in the best memory. The apartment itself is as described and seen in the photos, also the magnificent view from the terrace where we could enjoy the morning sun. In November not unimportant if the nights in Sicily get a little cooler: the apartment was well heated. And when Pino showed me that the heating is operated with shredded olive kernels and almond bowls, I was thrilled with this CO2-neutral heating. In short: We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Settefrati.

Everything was perfectly fine. We would love to come back in a few years.

Very nice apartment, recent and with a great view. Secure place located between the sea and the mountain. Great location for visiting Palermo and the west of Sicily. Close to the airport with easy access. Very pleasant stay out of season in this apartment which I would recommend.

Perfect place for two people . The apartment is located in an old building that would need to be renovated like many in Palermo , perfectly located for the main tourist sites. Note that there is a Nespresso coffee maker. Apart from that, thank you very much to Maria for her restaurant addresses. Finally, if you like cities of contrasts , Palermo is for you with splendid moments but also neighborhoods requiring urban renovation. Finally the scooters and cars are kings except in the ZTL where the police watch Thanks again for our stay

Giovanni’s flat was perfect . In a wonderful location and many places walkable and with great bars and restaurants near by.Anna met us and could not have been more helpful. Can’t recommend too highly.

We had a great time staying at Francesca and Rossana’s place. It was the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Palermo after days out in the blistering heat! Location was good with access to everything we needed via bus or by foot. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely apartment in a great location and Eugenio was very responsive and gave us restaurant recommendations when asked. He also left us some wine and Sicilian delicacies on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had a great time at Eugenio’s apartment.
