Thanks to Giada for hosting us. Very clear explanations for restaurant tours. A very well-located home. Very clean, very nice bedding. In summer the apartment must be very pleasant and stay very cool. We went to Florence in December so a little cold in the apartment. But really you can Renting it without a second thought, I would highly recommend it. Thank you again so much.

Very cool flat close to everything in Florence, would recommend. Lorenzo was very communicative and hospitable from the start. The flat itself was just as pictured, nicely designed, and we felt right at home. Very comfortable bed which was a standout!

Fantastic place to stay in Florence. Great location, walkable to all the sights, restaurants and close to train station etc. Great host, super friendly, responsive and helpful. Only minor downside is that it can be noisy at night so I’d recommend earplugs. Apartment exactly as described and photos match perfectly.

The Loft was absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show but even more beautiful in person. The property is beautiful and very well setup from parking to getting to your room and the pool. The Loft has all the amenities you need, we cooked there quite often with ease. It is a close drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed in February so it was quite chilly and weren't able to enjoy the pool or the area to it's full potential but I could just imagine how spectacular it would be staying here in the summer. The Loft has 3 AC/Heat machine's to keep the loft at the temperature you please. Chiara is very nice and super responsive and will solve any of your needs right away. I would highly recommend staying here!

What a cool space! Elena’s place is an ancient converted carriage house with a modern interior and nice amenities (including a hair straightener!). The surrounding Santa Croce neighborhood has a fun vibe and is close enough to walk to central Florence but separate enough to feel a little less touristy. The street noise is reasonable and was not an issue for us. Would stay here again!

Magnificent Loft In The Heart Of Florence

Very elegant apartment with original art, and well equipped. Federica was very responsive and helpful. The stairs are quite a climb, but the benefit of that is that you don't get a lot of street noise, even with a club nearby. I come to Florence a lot, and I would normally not stay so close to the center, however it is on a more residential street that does not seem touristy, yet is in close proximity to the main attractions.

Our arrival was later than expected and Francesco was communicating with us the entire time to ensure a smooth check-in. His parents were sweet and helped provide information on the apartment and the location. The location was just far enough away from the heavy foot traffic and noise but not too far to walk wherever you wanted. Francesco had plenty of extra items that you may forget or not be able to bring on your trip like white noise machines, extra umbrellas, plug adapters, etc. I would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend staying here for your stay in Florence! The hosts were kind and extremely proactive and detailed with checkin. They met us upon arrival to explain everything to us and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and then some! There was laundry available on premises and they even left some local treats upon our arrival. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful in a stunning historic building.
