Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Messalonskee Lake

Place was perfect for our ski getaway to Saddleback; great location, tons of space, very clean, had everything we needed. I'll keep my eye out for this place next time I'm in the area.

every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

This is a great place to stay don’t even hesitate to book this place. The place looks more better in person I am not exaggerating and Katy is a great host she records everyone’s experiences in a book which is someone unique I have seen until now. She’s responsive, helpful and very understanding host. Thank you ! For this wonderful stay we started out new year 2025 at Katy’s place and it was amazing

I can't say enough great things about my stay. very spacious and accommodating. It felt like my home away from home. I will definitely be staying here for any future visit. It's far enough off the beaten path to be peaceful and serene yet close enough to the city that you won't have to travel too far. The host made me feel very welcome in her home, and was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

We were in town for the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and this home is very convenient and so cool. We loved the open concept and the privacy. The space was great for making breakfast before launching out for a day of fun. Thank you for the great instructions on the TV and Coffee, both were appreciated. This is a very nice place and I would recommend.

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed to enjoy our winter break (especially appreciated the coffee offering). This was a great home base for our ski days at Mt Abram - will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Chris was very communicative from the beginning. Very peaceful and quiet place. Overall, our experience was amazing. We highly recommend Chris and his place, if you want to have great gateway.

We had a great stay. The location was ideal and everything we needed was supplied. The house was exactly as pictured and well stocked and very clean. Chelsey was very responsive to any questions and they also dropped off some very thoughtful sweet treats! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

We had a great and pleasant stay! Everyone was so friendly, especially Zeke the dog!! My son loved him! The sunset on the lake was magnificent! Beds were very comfy, and kitchen was great with everything you'd need. High-speed internet with Roku TV!! Felt like home! Robert, and his family were great hosts!! Thank you

What a fantastic place to stay! Just minutes from downtown Brunswick with gons of shopping and great food. The apartment was spotless, easy to get into, and plenty of off-street parking. everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

This a beautiful spot! Tucked away from the roads and very quiet. The private lake access is great and the views are beautiful. So thankful we found this place!

Nancy greeted us warmly upon arrival, making us feel instantly welcome. Her place is in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and offers thoughtful touches like muffins, coffee, tea, and bottled water. Prices are extremely reasonable. The space was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-stocked with extra blankets, pillows, and bath linens. We will definitely stay at Nancy’s again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pittsfield area.

Robin is the most gracious hostess. Her little Nest is so warm, super cozy and beautiful. Every and anything one could need in this sweet space is available... This is our, "Go To Spot" whenever we're spending time in Unity❤️

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We booked over Christmas. Jacki reached out to me just after I booked to see if my family celebrated Christmas and if so, would we like some decorations put up. I replied yes. When we arrived there was a decorated tree and some other decorations throughout. It was really nice. It is wonderful that they are dog friendly, they even have dog dishes there. Our Great Dane was with us. My whole family agreed that if the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely go back.

This, being my second visit to Jon’s Cozy Cabin, I knew what i signed up for. I was confident that my friend and her pup would absolutely love the cabin and location . She has been heating her home with a wood stove for decades, saying that, if she had to replace her stove, she would certainly consider getting the same model as you have there . Our dogs had a ball , running free on your large yard . We also enjoyed walking them on trails along the river by the wire bridge . Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven ! ❤️🙏🏽❤️

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this charming camp on Webb Lake, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The serene setting was perfect for enjoying the outdoors together. We spent our time fishing on the beautiful lake, where we caught a handful of fish. Kayaking was a highlight as well; the combination of being on the lake, mountain views and beautiful weather was simply magical. The camp itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing a wonderful weekend getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway filled with outdoor fall activities, this is the place to be.
