Great location! Felt very peaceful and calm. Host is an excellent communicator and very accommodating. Ideal spot for a restful weekend. The vintage appointments and décor along with the building itself feel like you’ve stepped into another time. The plaza and the space have a life of their own and make for a charming and magical experience. You will be taken care of.

This is our second time to stay at Wade’s place. That tells you is worth going back. Great accommodation for two adults and our furry friend.

Such a lovely place. Very scenic. The Organ mountains were spectacular. At the end of the road adjacent to the casita was a fantastic hike to Dripping Springs Fall. We even had some snow to cap off the visit. The casita had everything you could possibly need, very well equipped. I would say it is equivalent to a five star hotel-without a pool.

Stanna was absolutely amazing. Would recommend her place above most all I've visited. Very responsive and helpful.

Shay’s place was perfect for exploring the area surrounding Las Cruces by bike. It’s located very close to the river levee trail and to the eastern trails. The space does indeed make a lot of sounds, as others have mentioned. Overall, we will absolutely look to stay there again on our future trips.

It was very easy to find and check in the host left clear instructions and was very helpful and responded quickly with any question I had. Everything looked just like the photos and is located in a perfect place for the city ! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Mr. Wade is really responsive host. Loved the atmosphere of horses. It reminded me of my childhood at my grandparents place in summer. The place is located very close to the university, so finding good places to eat was easy. I enjoyed my stay.

This was a very clean, appropriately furnished, and very spacious house. The location is a safe area and the views are amazing with the Organ Mountains in the horizon. My parents came to visit and truly felt comfortable here. Thanks for such a great stay!

we make a lot of stays each year and Jeff's place is one of the best. it was soooo very clean and comfortable. We loved the layout with the two bedrooms and bathrooms and opposite sides of the house. did I mention how clean the place was? we never rent the same place twice but we expect this will be the exception the next time we are in town.

We stayed here for three nights . Loved the house--the wonderful decor, fenced back yard for our two dogs, and the best-equipped kitchen we've ever had at an Airbnb! And, it was close to so many things--shopping, restaurants, and a park with a small lake and ducks, which our dogs enjoyed. Next time we're in Las Cruces, we'll definitely try to book Suzie's house!

The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. We felt extremely safe, and it was close to everything. The house had everything we needed. The photos actually don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer than it looks in the listing. And Caz was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue that arose before our stay and he reached out proactively to let us know and discuss solutions, and it really didn’t even impact our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

Home was in a typical city neighborhood. The house was very nice on the inside, very homey. The back yard area was small, but nicely decorated and it was nice to sit out in the morning with a cup of coffee. It was close to restaurants and shopping.

Nice, roomy property in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy with a keyless door and directions were clear. The home was comfortable with a large smart TV, dependable WiFi and a nice king bed (and others we didn’t need). Parking was convenient in the driveway and our dog enjoyed the enclosed backyard. It was a good stay that we are happy to recommend.

I don't believe I can put all of the positives in this review. We utilized the entire home, which was immaculately clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of entertainment and all the necessities for the pool and even slefs to take to white sands. Host was extremely responsive and fair. We would love to stay here in the future.

Great location near the historic Mesilla Plaza. Perfect space for our needs. We were three adults and the space never felt cramped. Would book again on a future trip.

The stay itself was great! The space was comfortable, and just as described. Everything was great during my time there. However, I had an issue with my booking. I made the booking at 9 PM, but I wasn’t able to arrive that same day. Unfortunately, I was still charged for that night, even though the host didn’t have a guest for that day . It would have been nice if there was more flexibility in this situation. Other than that, everything else was good.

Such a great place. Arturo was a responsive host and a really friendly guy. Spent a whole week there for work but it felt right at home. Will definitely stay again on my next visit!
