Tim's a great host, met us upon arrival and chatted a bit! We arrived in the cold dark after quite an exciting, nail biting snowy, icy road drive through the mountains. And the thing that topped it off was Tim had the heat on in our place, which was what I was thinking about(besides sliding off the road) the whole way up! Nice welcoming touch, and the dog bed, bowl and blanket for our pooch. So we booked during the off season right after Christmas because we just wanted a chill break after all the family and holiday stuff. None of the wineries, orchards, hiking, or biking trails were open, nor were a lot of the businesses in town, but like I said we just wanted to relax and we did. That's pretty much the only reason for the four star rating on location. We already planned the dates for our return trip this summer, and can't wait to come back, with mountain bikes, hiking boots and friends!

This was my second visit to this property and I’m sure I’ll return again! I feel very “at home” here, the house is cozy, clean and comfortable and the host is fantastic. Cassandra was responsive to any question and she makes you feel like you’re visiting at a friend’s home.

Everything about this stay was done right. Shirley was responsive to my questions, before the rental and continuing through my visit. Best of all, she anticipated what her guests would need and made sure it was readily available. For example, clear instructions and labels were provided for check-in, entry and exit, internet, and thermostat locations. She also preheated the house to ensure I would be comfortable on arrival. The bed and the shower were both comfortable, and the internet was very fast and reliable. The house is spacious and comfortable, spotless clean, and located conveniently. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a large group. The location is fantastic, very near to hiking/biking trails and amenities and with incredible views. We loved the backyard fire pit and hot tub. It is very family friendly with lots of cool spaces for kids; a great kids room with bunk beds, tree house and club house and lots of toys and games. The kitchen was well stocked and with a nice open dining area, and there were good hang out spaces. We would love to return.

Camp 7 was perfect for an ideal quiet getaway after the busy holidays. The cabin had thoughtful details at every turn. We cooked some delicious meals and the kitchen was fully stocked and then some! The layout of the cabin provided a great place to play games and relax and read throughout the stay. Thanks for the wonderful time. We hope to be back again soon.

we absolutely loved it here! the dogs were all so friendly and it was cool being able to go feed the animals and spend time with them. huge shout out to walter because he was able to give us recommendations and provide more information about the animals on the property. i would bring some warm layers and house slippers for the winter time as it can get chilly at night/when you first wake up! there isn’t a whole lot surrounding the house besides other properties so if you have an interest in going out make sure you have a car/mode of transportation. we were able to check out downtown palisade, some local wineries and grand junction. a nice little weekend getaway!

Han's place is an absolute gem! loved the 360 views all around. Right next to the Colorado River - infact you can see it from the bedroom. Friendly dogs (Little, Abbie, Chase and a little one whose name we don't know) who are always happy to stop by and say hi.

6 of us and a few of our significant others were in town for CMU alumni weekend. We all played on the women’s lacrosse team so it was great to be back together in GJ. The house was perfect for our stay. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the main living space playing music and loved the huge kitchen table to spend time around. The numerous amount of towels was great. We used the scooters to get around a ton, that was a convenient, fun little plus. Had no issues with communication/receiving a prompt response from the host. No problems at all during our stay and super easy check out. Beyond worth the price due to location and number of rooms/sleeping spaces alone. From someone who spent 4 years in GJ, this is the best location to be for ease of access to anything in town. Grand street is also quaint and fairly quiet which is nice being so close to Main Street.

Great place to stay for our climbing trip in Unaweep Canyon. close to downtown and plenty of space for our larger group. Home was very well kept and very beautiful. We had a small plumbing issue and the property managers dealt with it quickly and professionally. Would definitely stay again.
