Dana and Shawn’s apartment was perfect for my son’s month long internship in Phoenix. They were very helpful and responded to messages quickly! The apartment is just as described. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. The surrounding area is fun & busy, definitely a lot of fun on Friday night and Saturday. The hosts were very helpful and created a great atmosphere with tons of little touches to make your stay feel complete.

A++ stay. We enjoyed everything about this location, building, room, amenities, locality, people and more.

Amazing stay! This is my second time coming back and I absolutely love how quick and easy it is to get in and out of this complex . We couldn’t get the WiFi to connect to the PlayStation. I mentioned it after and they said they can reset it. Other than that perfect stay!! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely great location! The amenities are nice in terms of pool, gym, fire pit, balcony, and rooftop. Prime location to walk around downtown phoenix or hop on a scooter. It’s perfect for first Fridays. If you have a group, the downside is having only 1 fob to enter the building after dark. Definitely recommend!

DaNuta’s place is nicely appointed, very clean and spacious enough for the two of us. It was also very quiet during the week of our stay. It’s in a decent location to catch a ride share where you need to go. There’s a nice vegan place for breakfast right next door. The only minor negative is that Waymo would not drop us off on the condo side of the street. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

Rene was a super host- excellent communication - always helpful by responding quickly to our questions. Condo was exactly as expected and very clean. Excellent location for walking to Old Town, many restaurants and the canal.

My fiancé and I planned a staycation and I’m glad we decided to choose this spot! It’s literally right by downtown with so much to do. The place looks just as the pictures, clear instructions and easy checkin process. I ended up leaving an item behind and didn’t realize till 40 minutes after checking out. Brendan quickly responded and was kind enough to remotely unlock the apartment to retrieve what I left behind. I definitely would book again if I were to stay in Scottsdale. Thanks again!

We really loved the place and area. Safe, quiet, walking distance to a mall and lots of restaurants and trails. Close to 2 grocery stores. Check in was a breeze. Designated parking spot was a nice bonus. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, really nice bathroom too. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable! We will definitely come back to this condo and area. Amir was very responsive if we had any questions.

Chandler was very helpful and understanding when early check in was requested. It is a nice condo, close to Old Scottsdale and other restaurants.

The Airbnb was conveniently located near the airport and matched the description perfectly. Its proximity to numerous stores made it even more convenient. Although our stay was brief, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

We would definitely stay again. A fun clean house. The only down side was the pool/spa heater wasn’t working when we got there but he was able to have someone come look at it so we were able to enjoy it the warmest days of our trip.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house was very nice, clean, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect location for a wedding we attended. Everything was as described and we felt right at home and comfortable staying here. Vickie was super responsive and instructions on how to access the home were very clear. This was a great find!

Our family enjoyed our time at the Airbnb. Everything was perfect for the eight adults and four kids in our party. We were outside much of the time as the backyard and pool area were perfect for us. When the temp was too chilly we found plenty to do in the area. Our family would love to return!

I thought Kate’s place was a low key oasis in the right place for me. It was as advertised. I would stay here again.

This was a great stay for a bachelorette weekend! It’s not too far from the airport and surrounded by various restaurants and stores. It’s not too far from tourist spots either. The hosts were great and very responsive. Clear expectations were provided to aid us in having a great stay!
