Vacation rentals with breakfast in Merritt Island

We had really nice stay at JD and Pascale. We got warmly welcomed when we got there, the rooms were clean and cozy. They are very nice and made sure we had a good stay. We were a larger family of 6 people, but there was plenty of room for all of us. Plus they served a good breakfast with really good coffee.

I reserved Canopy Cove for a 4-day girls trip, and it was perfect! The home is beautifully renovated, and the hosts put so much thought into making it stand out. We arrived to a thoughtful gift box with beach goodies, snacks, bottled water, and drinks in the fridge, which was so convenient since we arrived late. Things we loved about the house: • Fresh, stylish, and new furnishings. • Impeccably clean with hotel-quality linens. • Well-stocked kitchen with coffee creamers and an espresso machine. • A great assortment of games, a VR game room, and high-quality beach accessories. • Charming outdoor space with lanterns, tiki bar, fire pit, and a clean, hot tub. Communication with the hosts was great, and check-in/check-out were simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Canopy Cove—it was the perfect spot for our getaway, and would not hesitate to re-book in the future!

This is my third year in a row staying at Brad's. I keep coming back because Brad is a great host and the location is perfect if you love surfing and wind-related water sports. On days when conditions aren't right for water sports, there's hiking trails in the area and the state park at Sebastian Inlet is only 15 minutes away. Early in stay my board was damaged from the surf (2nd year in a row!) but Brad stepped in again and did a professional repair that had me back on the water the next day. How many hosts can do that!

It was such an amazing experience! The house is very clean and comfy, Luke is super nice and very easy communication! I would recommend to any other travelers!!

In this quiet neighborhood is a very private room which sometimes gets armadillos as visitors. The room has amenities like its own refrigerator. The setup and location are ideal and I was able to relax and do my work.

We had a very nice stay with Jenice. The house was spacious with more than enough space for two couples. The pantry and refrigerator were well stocked for our month long stay. Our location gave us many options for dining out anywhere from 10-20 min. Jenice was always prompt to communicate when we had questions, offered local recommendations and checked on us often to be sure we had everything we needed. She is a great host.

We had the Best Stay in this lovely and spotless house. Enjoyed breakfast on their porch overlooking a huge garden. Ruby and Jerry are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. A plus is the location very close to Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. We were fortunate to see a rocket launch of GOES-T which was very exciting. No need to stay in a hotel….this AirBNB is THE PLACE TO STAY with very comfortable beds and soft pillows. If we had to rate a 10 Out of 10 we would give this home a 100. 😀

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason's place. Check in was extremely smooth and straight forward. Jason had provided clear instructions that assisted with this. The place is very spacious and ideal for kids(pack and play and even a mini high chair included for the infants). Within a minute walk and you are to the beach. Pier is only another couple minute walk and recommendations that were provider were very good.

This airbnb deserves all the nice comments it has! Reality is better than the pictures (large room with nice decoration) and great attention to details makes you wanting for nothing (not even food, as homemade bread, fresh eggs and a variety of healthy snacks were available in the kitchen), plus Maria is very welcoming!

Karrie and Roan were excellent hosts. Their place was as described and also delivered a great experience. We really enjoyed this B&B. We highly recommend staying here. Hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Our stay was really great. Mark is always responsive to whatever questions or problems you may have. Very nice location. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Everything else is a quick drive away. There are chairs down by the water that you can relax on. This time I saw flying fish, turtles, and dolphins. The only thing to consider are the sounds of trains. We live near Conway rail yards which is the largest train yard in the United States so the sound did not bother us. Mark has ear plugs and white noise machines to help with the sound

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. It was perfect! Peaceful, comfortable, space to hang our clothes. There were great breakfast options in the kitchen, and fresh eggs as promised. The host responded quickly to our questions about the whirlpool tub. We loved the views and we actually enjoyed the sound of the train going by. We definitely want to come back when we’re less busy so we can hang out at the inn more, and try out the kayaks (or are they canoes?). Thank you Mark!!

Phil and Misty!!! Thank you thank you thank!! They went above and beyond for us!!! Phil picked us up at the airport. Seamless communication. Phil also drove us to the cruise port. Prior to that Phil went above and beyond to find us medical care prior to boarding as we had an unexpected illness. There home was warm and welcoming. Definitely would stay here again. Again we can’t thank you enough for your hospitality and going the extra mile for us

Perfect and quiet location to enjoy spending some great time with your favorite ones. The house was stuffed with all the necessary things. Only to keep in mind that there's no full privacy for the shower (no door for the rest room), which is usually no big deal for couples. The host was great and responsive.
