Vacation rentals with beach access in Meredith

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

I am a local landscape contractor and sometimes have traveling stone artists in town to work with us on projects! The suite was everything we could have asked for! Thank you very much, looking forward to the next time!!

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The place was just what we needed for a one night stay. The host met us the day of check in and allowed us an early check in. The host was very responsive and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this listing and host

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

The house was beautiful from the moment you walked through the doors. Welcoming us with a basket of snacks and drinks. Everything was clean and tidy throughout. The bathrooms had things that we didn’t even think about packing from hair elastics to bobby pins, cotton balls and q-tips. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the house, my favorite was the Keurig because I make my coffee at home and usually have to bring my own. The beds were so comfortable. The game room had something to keep everyone entertained and the hot tub kept the adults happy. The view from the back deck was stunning even with the fog on our first morning, we will definitely keep this property on our list of return visits for the future.

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful home and very responsive hosts! We arrived after it was dark (and had no cell service), so we were especially thankful for the clear directions and check-in instructions provided ahead of time. Upon entering we were instantly impressed. The house is cozy, welcoming, and very clean. We stayed in the colder months, so there were not many neighbors around adding to privacy and serenity. We had everything we needed to relax and be comfortable for 4 days and 3 nights. We took a walk down to the lake even though it was (very) cold, and got to see it frozen over and saw some ice fishing! The list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do were very helpful, and inspired us to take a day trip to North Conway to do the Conway scenic railroad! Hope to be back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the beautiful deck, fire pit, and string lights as well! Thank you! ◡̈

Wonderful place, with a beautiful view in winter, Darry is very attentive and very helpful, I definitely want to go back in the summer to see a different type of view.

We had a wonderful time at this home . Excellent view of the lake and the beach in a little cove is fantastic. We heard loons in morning and evening and saw a bald eagle 1st morning. If you like canoeing or kayaking this is a great spot. Much quieter than other parts of the lake. The home is completely modernized with excellent appliances and very relaxing. Great dining not to far away. Can't wait to go back again next year

This house was the PERFECT spot for the annual retreat my husband and I have with our Army family. There were 6 of us, and we ALL agreed this has been the best trip yet. The property, both inside and out, was beautiful and well maintained. No shortage of kitchen ware (we cooked in a lot and needed nothing), towels (both bath and lake), bedding, etc. Anything we might have forgotten was thought of and already there for us. The outdoor bar with music system was a fantastic touch as we spent most of our time outside enjoying the private beach playing corn hole, or just floating in the water. The indoor entertainment center was great for evening movies. Great area as well. We spent a day in Meredith, about a 45 min drive on beautiful back roads. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze, and Anna-Lisa was the ultimate host. Very communicative, responsive, thoughtful, and kind. I'm running out of characters or I would go on and on. Highly recommend this property and it's fabulous host!

We had an amazing time celebrating my partners birthday!! The condo is so warm, cozy, and inviting. Ice skating outside with the mountain views and snow was unmatched, we would definitely return again!

Lisa was great and her condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Updated compared to other condos we’ve been to in that complex! Everything was comfortable, would love to be back in warm weather!

this place was so cozy!! it was perfect for my boyfriend and i for our stay. the resort was super nice with helpful staff. William and Kim were quick to respond and checked in on us through our visit through the app asking if we needed anything. something that was important to me was a clean place to stay and this exceeded my expectations!!!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

What a beautiful, quiet stay! There’s so much to do within 15 minutes even in the winter. We went fishing, hiking, bowling, shopping and tried a few wonderful restaurants. We had everything we could’ve needed and the bed sheets were so cozy 😍 We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

We had an excellent stay at Robert's place over MLK weekend! Love the views from the windows. We would definitely stay there again. Description is accurate. We brought linens along based on reviews. Robert's linens were okay and we did not change them out. Not high end linens, but definitely just fine. Just a FYI for future renters, Robert uses a cleaning service (they were very good), but he cannot predicate time they will arrive. So, you can't negotiate an early entrance or late departure. Robert was very accomodating if the cleaners were done early, go ahead and check in. Or, if cleaners come late....you can stay a bit longer. There was no occupancy before or after us based on the availability schedule. It was not a big deal for us. At the end we just needed to find a cafe with wifi for my son-in-law to make a business call.

What an amazing place Michelle and Paul have. Absolutely perfect. We loved every minute. Extremely comfortable property for our family. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, ample space for us. We have travelled the world many times and this was our favourite Airbnb property we have ever stayed at. The view of the snow covered mountains and forests was our highlight as we love winters and snow. It is in a great location, close to shops and the outlets as well as a short drive (well for us anyhow) to the ski resorts. When you enter the property you realise that you are somewhere really special. It’s an unforgettable property and all credit to Michelle and Paul for their vision and work on the property for guests to enjoy their haven.
