Seidel & Hector are wonderful hosts, excellent communication and proactivity. The cleanliness of the place is excellent. I would stay with them again.

Apartment was super clean, in a great spot, and had an awesome view. Pablo was really helpful and quick to respond! This is the perfect place to stay when in San Jose!

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Great decor, very spacious, clean, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, it also had a powerful air conditioning and a great 4k TV, so we felt super comfortable during our stay. The apartment is on the 15th floor, so you get a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. It was very easy to check in, the host was super responsive and I help us with recommendations on what to do in the area. The pool is on the 24th floor and has an amazing view and in the area there are many cafes, restaurants and two very nice parks for walking. I booked late at night and still got an immediate response. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed several places in CR, Airbnb and hotel/resorts, and this by far is the best place we've stayed. It's new, modern, clean, welcoming. Most of the employees were bilingual so it was easy to communicate. Definitely worth the money. Definitely worth vacationing here. Would stay here again, most definitely.

The interior of this place exceeded all our expectations. It was exactly as described—immaculately clean and cozy, with a true homey feel. However, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. The construction happening right outside the windows and balcony was incredibly disruptive. The workers were loud and made inappropriate comments while trying to peek inside, which was unsettling. Additionally, the view, which was a key factor in our booking, was partially blocked by a building directly in front of us. While I understand the host can't control the construction, it would have been helpful to have this mentioned in the listing. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of access to amenities after check-out, which is typical for hotel stays but not stated upfront. Additionally, we were told we could leave our luggage with reception, given the early check-out time and our later plans, but the staff unfortunately refused, which was quite inconvenient, especially considering we had hea

A strategic point to be able to move around in the vicinity of San José. Totally recommended. Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Helga was very communicative and provided great instructions on how to find her Airbnb, gain entry, and checkout. It’s very close to the airport making it very convenient.

Very convenient for the night before getting on the plane. Its 5 minutes away from the airport. There is a security guard that is there to give you the keys / call taxi. Very clean.

A very nice place to stay, everything is very comfortable, with good security and privacy, the staff of both the entrance to the condominium and the lobby is very friendly, the communication with Natalia was always prompt and very flexible with our arrival, we only stayed one night but we would have liked to stay longer for such nice installation, it is close to the airport which facilitated our transfer. We would definitely return

The environment around the house is good

great place to stay, near airport, clean, apt just as described. Only caveat is that you have to log in to your own netflix acct and for some reason mine did not work. Nice big TV but could not watch anything. That is jsut me being picky but no other issues at all.

I was welcome by Domingo the security guy that was extremely nice and helpful about how to park and get to the apartment. This is amazing place with an incredible view is only 20 min from centro olímpico Costa Rica ! So any person can come and rest. The unit has great place to parking lot storage that keeps your car safe. In front of the building there is nice park that you can go walk in the morning ! Great place to stay !
