The apartment is located on a secured site. It is a neighborhood on its own with hundreds of shops under the buildings on the site. There is a metro line at the entrance of the building. Honestly, the times we enjoyed the most in Jakarta were the time we spent on this site. A local evening market is set up just outside the site. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable. Good value for money paid.

I had a fantastic stay at Mr. Hans' place. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with clear instructions provided in advance. The place looked exactly like the pictures. The view was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were complete and spotless. Everything I needed was available, from kitchen essentials to toiletries. Another great plus is the location is there are convenience stores and cafes just a short walk away, making it easy to grab food or any essentials. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. Not only was the place decorated beautifully, but it was also super easy to access the mall and a great place to stay in passar minggu. The host was super friendly and quick to respond and gave me recommendations for local eats when I asked for them. I also find the included washing machine super useful. I would definitely come back again when I stay at passar minggu again!

Perfect stay in Jakarta!! Personally a great location for what I was there for, great local supermarket and large park to enjoy. The flat has a lovely pool and solid gym. The flat is well kept and very good for one person as a studio set up. There were a few ants on the desk but this is somewhat of the vibe in Indonesia and there was a spray in the kitchen I used that got rid of the problem immediately. Check in/out was super easy and staff at the flat are very helpful and friendly. Easy to get dropped off and collected by grabs and a convenient small supermarket in the basement for amenities

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

Was exactly just like the photos, Eddy was always quick to respond and helpful. Apartment was extremely clean and in a great location with great skyline views. Our stay was well worth the money. Thank you Eddy!

Room was spacious and had everything. Good place!

For the check in process was being helped by Pak Wawan, and he's very informative and super helpful. Lot's of restaurants nearby and the place felt homey. Sadly, the room is available for maximum 3 guests, but only provided 2 bath towels. Anw, definitely will come back in the future for me time purpose or just for staycation with closest friends.
