We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious, well-appointed, and the backyard is a great, especially for summer. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

House was exactly like we expected Great value , quiet and friendly neighborhood There were no problems and the host fund was still interested that everything was ok with us Very recommended

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

I’m so grateful that I found this place and Greg and Marlens were amazing hosters . The place was beautiful, clean , just like the pictures , the vibe amazing and very very responsive I love that. All the amenities were enjoyable. Highly recommended

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

Katherine's place was perfect for a digital nomad like me. Was there for two weeks, 25 minute walk to the beach/pier, two blocks away from a Hertz if you need to rent a car, 10 minute walk to a great local/organic grocery store. Kitchen had all the cooking essentials, back patio was lovely, quiet, and private. Great place!

Great place to stay. Lots of food and shopping in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood for a walk with pets.

We absolutely loved Stephen and Brian's guest house. It was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with all the amenities that we could have needed. It is on a quiet, beautiful street within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and LA history. Stephen and Brian were welcoming and kind and we would definitely stay in the guest house again.

Great location and nice rooms. I think it's a little bit overpriced because the rooms are small compared to what it shows on descriptions, and the floors are not clean we actually clean the kitchen floor up after making some light meals. Smooth checkin and checkout. Overall, a good stay.

Pretty neat interior and spot overall. Absolutely felt like a little cabin with the rustic feel and space. Great location in relation to general places to drive to and the freeway convenient within reach. Lots of helpful recs and information.

My family and I stayed at Mary’s Air BnB for 3 nights. We had some questions for her ahead of time and she answered us promptly. It’s a nice house with everything we needed for our stay. The yard is well maintained and totally enclosed.

This was the first ‘not hotel’ we stayed in after we lost our house in the Palisades fire - Charles and John were amazing! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our date. The house is very quiet, cute and well equipped in a great location. It will always have a special place in our hearts :-) it is well priced for a short term rental.

We had the best time here while at Samantha’s place. Great space and a very comfortable stay. The location was great and not too far to travel into the city and around. Would love to stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Vardan’s property. The AirBnB exceeded expectations in its spaciousness and amenities provided, as well as its ease of access, comfort and privacy and quiet. It had everything I needed and went above and beyond my usual AirBnB experience. It was clear that Vardan cared deeply about ensuring that guests had an excellent experience, and fulfilled the original intent of AirBnB properties being personally hosted rather than managed by a third party. The casita was great! Well located, with great finishes and thoughtful touches. Would stay again!

Clean, felt safe, and quiet. We were there visiting an elderly friend in a nursing home. The reminders that we needed to not have parties and keep quiet felt a bit much since we were just there essentially to sleep ourselves. It was a super location for us and the parrots screeching in the morning were fun!
