Townhome vacation rentals in Meloneras, Maspalomas

This flat is located in a classic house. Soundproofing is not good but not needed as the neighborhood is superbly peaceful, safe and quiet at night. The apartment is clean and fresh. Excellent restaurants and a fabulous grocery store within 3 minutes distance. The rooftop is the best! it's wonderful to enjoy the sun privately. if you don't want to see other tourists on vacation, this flat is the best choice. We had a very pleasant stay. Leticia is a very good hote, very reactive and sympatical. The house is very clean and well equiped. It s 10 min walk to the beach and near a big complex providing restaurants , bars and shops. We warmly recomend the house and the hote.

We stayed 4 weeks here and were very happy. Short distance to the supermarket and nice and easy way down to the city center. Lovely sun loungers and pool right outside. Recommended!

We stayed at El Chaparell from March 7 to March 18 and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the terrace, where the sun entered at 10:00 AM, making it a great relaxing spot. Check-in was smooth and quick, taking only 10 minutes. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay, comfy, clean with everything to hand if you wanted to cater for yourselves. Swimming pool literally round the corner. Within walking distance of both Maspoloma and Meloneras. Great restaurants. Bus stop just outside for local travel or there are plenty of taxis available. Paul was great, friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed and hopefully will return next year. What a dream! We loved staying in Elenas place. Bein able to see the stars at night and hearing nothing around you was like therapy. Everything in the house was well taken care of and worked fine. I hope we can come back one day.

Very nice place in a great location

The house was super clean and private and it was very functional with group of friends. We had a great stay and Christmas dinner with everything we needed. Celina was a great host and we are looking forward to our next visit.

The townhouse was the same as discarded. The host was always online. The only one problem was internet 🛜 connection, let’s say its literally didn’t work. Just in few specific places in the apartment and not really speedy. But as far as I understand this is general problem in whole island. 🏝️

Great location, right above the sea. Super nice hostess, very clean, everything available. A basket of fruit, wine, olives, etc. were waiting for us. The only little thing that bothered us a little was that across the street from the beach, but quite far away, there was an industrial area, no noise, but the view could be a little nicer.

Lovely place with a fantastic location on the beach. Great pool area and and short distance to the city/restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a quiet place just outside the most hectic tourist areas.

Nice little townhouse with a big front porch with a very nice view over the PR valley. Wifi worked great our whole stay. We were in duplex 52 (not 69 as the listing says). Big TV, well equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. The beds are hard (as they often are on Gran Canaria). It's maybe 1 km walk from the bus station and you need to climb a lot of stairs, so a taxi is recommended when you arrive. The pool is unheated so pretty chilly in December. You can find a big Mercadona down the street and there is a bag with wheels in the house for grocery shopping. Overall good value for 100€ / night.

Magda s apartment was the perfect place for our winter Sun get away. Lots of lovely beaches close by (5 min drive). Comfy well equipped apartment with a lovely balcony and comfy furniture. Also there were many great restaurants in the nearby village and resorts.

We had a lovely stay at Enzo's property, it is in a great location and easily walkable to both Maspalomas and Meloneras. We appreciated Enzo being flexible with our check in/out, which we had to change due to our flight times changing. Enzo was always quick to respond to messages. The complex was quiet, which suited us and the pool and pool area were fantastic and very clean. We would highly recommend.

Tanichev's place is at a very good location close to English beach, Dunas de Maspalomas, many restaurants and markets. It was clean and had sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay

This apartment is gorgeous. We liked the stunning views, the 2 balconies which get full sun for much of the day, the light airy and spacious lay out of the apartment, the designated parking space, the big comfortable bed, the washing machine, the dishwasher and big fridge freezer. The perfect place to kick back and enjoy the sunshine! It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and very quiet. Lisbhert was very easy to communicate with and has everything well organised. This apartment would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues as the interior steps are quite steep. Also the 15 min walk to Arquinequin beach is very steep. We drove to the beach instead. There were always parking spaces. Arquinequin is a pleasant town that retains its Canarian character and has not been turned into a tourist theme park. We would definitely come back.

We went for work issues and couldn't enjoy the outdoor area, but it was all very well. Note that the beds and pillows are very comfortable and provide a good rest.

We loved our stay at Isla Bonitas. A beautiful, peaceful area. The home was super clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Antonella was very flexible with check in and out times and very helpful in helping us find a good deal for car rentals! Which we recommend if you want to see lots of sites around the island. The home is just a short drive to the beaches of maspalomas and other areas. We would definitely recommend this home away from home! Thanks Antonella :)
