Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Mellenthin

Thumbs up for a very nice and friendly host. The accommodation meets the pictures everything super neat and clean !!! We were even allowed to enter the accommodation much earlier and to welcome us there was even a packed fruit plate at the table. Walking about a quarter of an hour to the beach, and shopping (Kaufland) also almost around the corner so that we could leave the car completely during our stay 🤗 just perfect!!! All in all just top and definitely recommended!!! We will definitely be back. 😊

I was there for 3 days with my daughters, so everything worked out. It would be a little tight for 4 adults. The apartment was very clean. Everything you needed was available. We felt very comfortable. A parking space was outside the door. The train station is a 10-minute walk. We needed about 30 minutes to get to the beach promenade. Everything was perfect for a short vacation.

We stayed at this property for the weekend and found everything as described and illustrated. Top location, great amenities, great apartment made us feel very comfortable. We will be happy to come back. We were also very pleased about the attention of the landlord. Too bad there is no parking space to the apartment, which you can book. Out of season you can easily find a parking space in front of the door, but in the season I think it will be more difficult.

The apartment was great and corresponded to the description. Everything was clean and absolutely in the frame for 6 people. A small TV in the two bedrooms would be great but not a shortcoming. You can also go without it. The actual drawback is the WiFi. It just didn't work. Only in the bathroom you had some connection every now and then. Since the mobile network was also very busy on site, you could not access the or Wi-Fi properly. Renters can't do anything for the phone network. The location of the apartment was great. Located at the other end of the complex, relatively quiet and only a few 100 meters from the pier. In addition, with 2 car parking spaces that belong to the apartment absolutely fantastic. We would reserve again any time.

Dirk's place is highly recommended. Apart from the excellent amenities, which lacked nothing, we were very impressed by the fitness and entertainment area (billiards, foosball, giant chess, table tennis, etc.) as well as the sauna. Everything is almost new, very well maintained and extremely quiet. Only the access to the water and swimming facilities are a little further than expected. You should definitely arrive by car.

Great place to stay at. Close and in walking distance to the city center. Everything as described. Very responsive, helpful and welcoming host. Highly recommended!

It was a really very nice holiday! The place was absolutely classy and very quiet! Everything was super clean! The concept on site is super thoughtful! The local contact persons were always very helpful and gave good tips for excursions, etc.! We will be happy to come back!

Very nice hotel complex with guarded entrance! Apartment is as in the photos, very clean, very tidy. Perfect for people who want it a little quieter! Shopping is just under 1 km away so within walking distance. The beach is the highlight, a short walk there, and there is also a bar on the beach! We can really recommend the apartment

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

Ringo was a lovely host who was always available. The apartment is super suitable for 4 people. Therme well attended in case of rain, access in case of overcrowding only for hotel guests. Indoor playground great for children between 3 - 12 years.

A beautiful apartment, with impressive views in a historic place, just a perfect combination for us. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very cozy, the terrace is huge (and there is also a barbecue, I think this is not mentioned in the ad), the sauna spacious and everything very clean. Check-in and check-out great, fast, uncomplicated communication. Highly recommended, especially for couples or small families.

A really great accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is super modern, tastefully furnished. We had a great time at the property. Functional, clean space that is 2 mins walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets are plentiful nearby!

We had a great holiday. The cottage was sparkling clean and left nothing to be desired. We could have left a lot of what we had taken at home. Here is everything you need, even for the very small ones. The contact with the owner was great. It was personally inquired about how our check-in was, whether we are satisfied with everything and if we still need tips for any excursions. We were also able to exchange ideas again shortly before departure. Really recommended! Great cottage

Our stay at Carsten's thatched cottage on Usedom was simply wonderful. The house is modern, very nicely decorated and was spotless clean and tidy upon our arrival. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to checkout. We loved the quiet location and the cozy ambiance of the house.

Coming with a larger family to Benz, we loved the large and open living room which allowed us to gather, eat, and talk. A second floor with another table became our "card game" area; very useful, when you come with children. We loved the arrangements of sleeping upstairs and gathering downstairs. A large yard also allows for outside gatherings even though a beautiful terrace could be equipped with more furniture than just two beach couches. The most problematic issue (aside from all the good ones) is that I depended on reliable and comprehensive wifi and phone access as I was a traveling teacher with two online classes to serve. I had to find wifi elsewhere. This is no issue when you are "only" on vacation, but greatly impacted my ability to combine vacation with work. Just FYI. Benz has been a staple location for family reunions for my family (gathering from Italy/Germany/USA) and I we definitely will be back. The house, host, location and all are wonderful! Thank you.
