Vacation rentals in Melissa

We were guests of the Verre house for about 1 week, as soon as we arrived we received a unique and rare welcome from the host Antonio and the rest of the family. The house is equipped with everything, nothing is missing and the location is strategic both for going to the sea and in the mountains. Among other things, they also delighted us with some products taken from their garden...it was really a super relaxing vacation even for the beautiful cool temperature that came in the evening that allowed us to sleep divinely. Thank you for everything and we hope to be back as soon as possible.

The house is located on a land where there are also other inhabited and abandoned villas. The area is very quiet and away from the center of Capo Rizzuto. A supermarket is available downtown within a few minute's drive. The apartment consists of the ground floor and an attached terrace/garden. You can park your car inside the gate to make loading and unloading even easier. The interiors have been recently renovated and are equipped with everything you need. Ideal for stays with children. The outdoor shower is very helpful. The descent to the sea can be reached within walking distance, but the ladders can be difficult for small children, which is best for them to be carried in their arms. The beach is worth the entire shopping: clean sand, the sea is always clear and protected from the waves by two bangiflutts. Our kids spent entire days in the water and had so much fun. Awesome host.

Alberto and Gabriella's stay exceeded expectations. In addition to the absolutely strategic location to visit the surroundings and the structure rich in details and tastefully furnished, the added value is the hosting, the attention they reserve. We were lucky enough to have dinner at the property on the day of our arrival and what can we say? Dinner was also a treat. The solution of the one-bedroom apartment is proven to be a winner for our needs! A round of applause for the daily cleaning of the apartment, a very welcome service! When we return to the area we can't help but make a stop here.

Wonderful place! We had an entire house and a huge olive grove surrounding the property (8 hectares!). Extremely quiet. Only the cicadas can be heard:) Andrea (the host) was extremely responsive, answering any doubts and questions, extremely polite and at a high level of personal culture. And the house itself is very cozy. Beautiful kitchen with tiled finishes, cozy living room with couches and TV, and two bedrooms and bathroom. I highly recommend both the place and the hosts. Lovely people!

The apartment exactly matches the description provided by the host. Ideal place to relax and breathe pure air. Ivana welcomed us in a friendly way, I would say family, her availability made us feel like we were at home. He also made us taste some great products from their land. A place that has made us recharge from the stress of the city, to be revisited even in the spring.

The cabin was wonderful, we stayed there for a weekend finding everything we needed to make us feel at home. Perfect to relax in close contact with nature but also in front of a fireplace. Mr. Maurizio was exhaustive with the information and always present with such kindness. We look forward to returning as soon as possible

Great experience at Luca's place. A stunning mountain landscape and a great space with everything you need to have a great time in the Catanzaro area... Highly recommended!
