The house was really nice and well stocked. We enjoyed the proximity to the Indian River where we walked each morning. Anee was very responsive to our questions. Our family had a great time!

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful week! The home was spacious and pristine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Access to laundry was a huge bonus! The backyard was absolutely beautiful with the pool and spa, where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Mike was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Very nice home with plenty of room for a family of 6. Beds were comfortable and house had pretty much everything we needed. Was nice to have the beach chairs and boogie boards available so we didn’t have to rent them. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions/concerns. Nicely decorated. Game room in garage was a plus for the kids. Very satisfied with our stay!

The house was very clean and super organized when we arrived. The attention to detail was fantastic. Many items were supplied above the norm, ie, all paper products, shampoo/conditioner, coffee/filters, snacks and much more. There were a lot of toy and game options for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing and provided hours of entertainment for the kiddos. The area has many good dining options, car or similar required. All in all, we had a great time and look forward to coming back hopefully soon.

We came to town for a baseball tournament at the space coast complex. 2 families and more than enough room! The house was perfect! The location was perfect as well!! Very happy with everything!! Would definitely stay again if we came back!

This place is stunning and private. What an oasis. We spent most of our time in the backyard swimming, sunbathing, grilling, playing games and laughing. Sun up to late at night. The beach is about 50 steps across the street. They had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, cooler, and even a wagon. This was a trip for the books and we will be back.

Our stay was exceptional. From start to finish Chelsi & Marc were responsive, warm and professional. They take a thoughtful approach to providing a pampered stay experience for their guests. Whether outlining in simple detail those requirements for trash/recycle, or offering a robust guide for local restaurants, shopping and attractions...they go to great lengths to ensure you have everything you need. The home is spectacular. So well-cared for and designed to provide many different gathering areas for your enjoyment. The backyard is such a peaceful setting where we spent hours enjoying family time. We felt like we were in our own little world...a true escape. The cleanliness of the home and the polished feel they provide are not easily achieved. It rivals some of the finer resorts in that regard. Anyone wanting an elevated stay experience with top-quality amenities shouldn't hesitate to book their stay with Chelsi & Marc. You won't be disappointed!

Honestly Tim's place (and Tim) are great. We used the beach stuff a lot and grilled quite a bit which was super nice. We used it as a our home base as we explored the the many wonderful beaches and places close by. Special to us...restaurants: Tiki Cafe, Ichabod's, Sands; beaches: Paradise, Canova (dog beach), Ponce De Leon; other wonderful places: dog parks, Rock Harbor church (awesome!). Also don't miss the rocket launches (we saw 3 in a single week including 2 night launches (on the beach, and from Tim's fenced in back yard). Take at least one morning and catch a sunrise on the beach right across the street, its worth it. Many of these are within walking distance; Walgreens & Publix are also near. If you're adventurous, head north about 1 hour to Playalinda beach, you can get pretty close to the launch pads and catch a blast off very close-up. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked inviting. Tim took great care of us when we needed anything but also gave us our privacy.

This house is nicely situated close to Melbourne downtown and access to the beach. It was a great launchpad for our family during our stay. Given the number of rooms and beds in the house we thought that it would accommodate all of us comfortably. We had 4 families stay (8 adults), each with small children (under 4). It was okay for all of us, but a little crowded. I do think maybe the house would have been more comfortable for 2-3 families (4-6 adults) as there are only 2 full bathrooms. There was some noise carryover from the main areas to bedrooms that were right off of the main area, making bedtime with young kids tricky. I think the home would be absolutely perfect for families with elementary age kids / teens or fewer very young kids so they would be contained to the rooms further away from the common areas. We loved the large kitchen and large table. We loved the bounce house and hot tub for backyard playtime. Ample parking for a few vehicles. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Such a beautiful home. The perfect size for our young family of 5. The backyard and amenities were amazing. Very private. Felt like our own little paradise. The beds were comfy. Town was about a 25 minute walk/5 minute drive, which was a perfect distance to not hear city sounds. The beach entrances are right across the street and there is a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, etc at the house to use. We would love to come back!

This was the second time we stayed at Maria’s place. The unit is very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a long term stay. Great location with a short walk to the beach and a fantastic area for riding your bikes. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend Maria’s place for stays in the Cape Canaveral area.

My family and I had an enjoyable time together at Ali’s house. We played games (inside & patio area), took a dip in the hot tub, played pool and drove a short distance to the beach for a morning walk. Ali has put so many personal touches through the house these is you many to name—if you forget anything she has it covered for you ☺️☺️. If we are ever vacationing in this area again we would definitely reserve the house. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ~Gretchen

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

Beautiful place. Booked a long weekend with our best friends. We loved the property and the privacy we had. This place has EVERTHNG!! We book a trip to Sebastian every year and this will be the place we will be coming back to!

Pefect place for a family vacation. Spotless property with all the small amenities that you need in your everyday. Plenty of towels, clean and heated pool, great barbecue area, loads of ziplocks, barbecue skewers, parchment paper, the list goes on and on. Amazing game room with loads of fun and up to dated games for the family, books, and such. Wold highly recommend any time. Thank you so much Amy!

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

Cute 3/2 house with a huge fenced yard, perfect for our pets. We felt very comfortable at Cynthia’s place. Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Beds are very comfortable. I would stay again!
