Vacation rentals with lake access in Melbourne City

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

I had a nice stay at this property. The house was spacious, and I really enjoyed the pool/spa, which could be heated up. The TV was large and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was also very responsive, making the experience even better!

We had a fantastic stay at Chris and Fiona’s place. Such a great location, close to the water, transport, & cafes!! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one.

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Taylor’s place is great - plenty of space, very comfortable and in a nice quiet location within walking distance of good cafes and a pub. Taylor’s communication was excellent and friendly and I had no problems accessing the property and finding everything I needed.

We loved our family holiday in Melbourne at Clovelly house! The home has a magical feel, it is both energising yet restful, the natural light throughout is stunning yet it also exudes a homely and cosy feel and we all slept soundly. There is an abundance of storage in the bedrooms which we appreciated as could properly unpack the suitcases and feel right at home. The kitchen is very generously sized and the bathroom, laundry and second toilet are well designed and beautifully finished. The location is as lovely as the home, a great neighbourhood with parks, cafes and the south Melb markets all within walking distance. Lisa, you’re a wonderfully accommodating host and the late checkout was much appreciated. This was our first air BnB stay and If other properties are as wonderful as this one we will never have to go back to (often noisy) 5 star hotels again!

It's really nice when the place you think you have booked turns out to be exactly as expected and that was exactly the case with Rod's place. Rod was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and requests offering us both an early check in and late check out, which was much appreciated. The air con was fantastic on some of those hot Melbourne days & warm nights. The house was clean, light filled, private and had everything you need to enjoy your stay from kitchen utensils and pots & pans to great laundry facilities, clean linen and very comfortable beds. Our two pups were very comfortable and loved the off-lead dog park just a 2-minute walk away. Shops and groceries a short 5-minute walk and a few good pubs just around the corner. Trams into the city a 5-minute walk away and only about 10 stops to Fed Square. Overall, I would highly recommend Rod's place. It is clean, tidy, big enough for 4 people and 2 pups and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when next in Melb.

Sally was a great host before I even checked in. She was very accommodating in moving my reservation and flexible with an early check-in. She was extremely responsive, and communication was perfect. Her apartment is located close by public trams which will get you either to the CBD or St. Kilda within minutes. Albert Park lake is literally a block away. Thank you very much for your apartment Sally. It was a pleasure staying with you.

We had a great stay at Mary’s place, she was so helpful and made it easy to organise early check in for us. The building is lovely and secure with nice amenities (we really enjoyed the pool), and the apartment was well furnished. Really recommend a stay here ☺️

Rahul was an amazing host and to top it off the place was amazing as well. It felt like our own home and we didn't want to leave! We hope to stay here again in the future. Great location and have no complaints! If we needed anything Rahul was extremely responsive and was always happy to help!

Modern and clean unit as pictured. Perfectly located near QVM, shops/restaurants and trams to easily explore Melbourne. The unit is inside a modern and upmarket unit complex with excellent amenities including indoor pool, steam room, sauna and table tennis and billiards table. I'd definitely stay here again next time we were to visit Melbourne. I didn't realise there wasn't a TV but not a big deal. My suggestions/things to improve: once booking is confirmed, let people know when check in details will be provided. I hadn't received anything a week out and was worried and had to follow up to ask. Susan replied to say it would be provided 24 hrs before. Easier to just let people know that when booking is confirmed and not left guessing, worry, and follow up. It would also have been useful to have 2 keys rather than just 1 for our party of 4.
