Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Melbourne

We had a fantastic stay at this property for a social media content shoot. The space is bright, spacious, and beautifully designed—perfect for photos and videos. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location was great. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!

We loved our stay at Janets. Wonderful host, wonderful house. So much room and so clean and tidy, just like the photos - maybe even better. The location was perfect and a very nice area of Melbourne. Highly recommend.

The property was excellent. The interior and the en-suites are absolutely stunning. The team communicate promptly and are always helpful. The kitchen is very handy when travelling with a team of staff and also a child. From what it looks from the outside it doesn't look very big, but once inside there was plenty of space to relax after a hard and exhausting day. Extremely satisfied with the property itself. There is a park, walking distance away and plenty of public attractions! There are things to note about the surroundings: quite difficult to get a parking spot right in-front of the property, and across the road there is a share-house which people come and go. For our intended purpose of use of the property we already exercised extra vigilance for security. But otherwise there were no particular concerns.

Fabulous place, great location, quiet, large rooms, spotless. Great hosts. Couldn’t recommend more highly for a central program location.

We got ready here before our wedding and the garden out the back just looks so so beautiful, we are so looking forward to seeing the photos taken! This house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable, we wish we got to stay longer than a couple of days! Julia and Marcus were beautiful and always quick to respond and so extra accomodating. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend a few special days

Lovely location and a great house, ideal for a family. Some great parks and cafes in easy walking distance as well as lots of shopping centres, restaurants within a very short drive and easy access to Blackburn train station into the city centre. This was our second time staying and very happy again. It is on the corner of quite a busy road but the house is set back a reasonable amount so inside the house the traffic is barely perceivable. Only when on the deck or in the lovely fenced garden it was a bit noticeable. The house was just as described, great having air con, good sized rooms and space for our family of 5. Dining in the kitchen area was a tiny bit cramped but perfectly reasonable for 5. Kitchen doesn't have massive of worktop space but adequate and very helpful having some amenities there on arrival. Host was extremely prompt to respond to any questions and very helpful. Overall a great place to stay for a family - highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Angela's place! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Angela was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future. Thank you, Angela!

Great apartment and location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. Can easily access public transport and walk to all restaurants in the city. Host is also very responsive.

Kim's place was great - it had everything I needed for a week-long work trip, from all the important kitchen appliances, to a hairdryer, little bathroom products and very comfy bed. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne, only a short walk from great cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the lovely Yarra River and a tram stop into Carlton, Collingwood and Fitzroy right out the front. Kim was super responsive, friendly and always happy to help. The only thing I would call out is that there is some construction happening on the outside of the building at the moment, but only during work hours, so if you're out exploring during the day the noise won't be an issue. Plus, there's no scaffolding on Kim's place, so you still get a nice view of the city from the balcony. I'd happily stay here again when visiting Melbourne!

Tekwos is very responsive with all the messages and requests. Location is great, very accessible to free trams, train station and skybus station. Spacious for 2, makes our stay feel like home. Unit pretty well equipped for short stay. It was a good experience.

Stayed for a week over new years to visit family that is close by. What a airbnb and location, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Fantastic local supermarket just across the road and a great selection of restaurants at your doorstep. Lovely thought out airbnb with everything one needs to feel right at home. Carl was super responsive usually replying within a minute to any questions that we had (Even went the extra mile organising a bunch of items for our stay to help with our baby) Would happily stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne! (Loved getting a late night treat from the ice cream bar next door!)

We felt right at home. Spacious apartment in the heart of St. Kilda. Right across from the beautiful beach side walk. Very close walk to lots of lovely cafe's and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and easy to interact with. Couldn't fault our stay.

We loved staying at Pete's apartment. It was such a great location and Pete's instructions were extremely easy to follow. The recommendations Pete provided were spot on and getting around Melbourne was super easy with a tram stop literally at the door. As part of the stay, Pete provided information and two travel cards to access public transport. This made a huge difference for us. A fab, centrally located apartment with every amenity there was nothing missing. This host though of everything. We would HIGHLY recommend this venue to others. You won't be disappointed. The host was so thoughtful and attentive when you needed a response. Great location!

Beautiful apartment perfect for families with generous bedrooms, huge lounge area and great outdoor courtyard. The apartment was close to public transport but being at the rear of the building was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
