Vacation rentals with a patio in Meiners Oaks

Natalie’s airbnb was a life saver for my family during a power outage nearby at our house. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. This airbnbs location was perfect with a close proximity to the beach. They also provided beach toys and a wagon for easy transport. Another favorite about this place was the amazing backyard. This was the perfect spot for kids and hanging out, perfect for families. The grocery store was another great thing because it was so close and easily walkable. Thank you for the memories!

I would highly recommend! We were a party of two, and the space was just right for us. The cottage was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and nicely equipped with amenities (including nice towels, comfortable bedding, modern kitchen appliances, etc.). It feels like a high-end hotel. The beach is a short walk away, as are shared ebikes for getting around SB. For us, the freeway noise was faint inside and did not bother us at all, even with doors and windows open during the day.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Cute little cottage near the beach. Quite walkable to the beach and state street. Comfortable. Probably wouldn’t recommend cooking a large dinner in the kitchen but great for morning coffee (bring your own as all he has is a pod system). Awesome Mexican market with some of the best guacamole I have ever had right around the corner.

Thank you so much for hosting me at your beautiful apartment. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. I loved how the complex was gated which made me feel more secure with parking my car. The apartment itself was spot on with the description and photos online. Again, thank you Rajvir and I would never hesitate to book again with you.

Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

I absolutely loved this place!!! There a few little issues w/ toilet handle (would continue running if you didn't handle gently) and door handle on a bedroom by the kitchen would come off because not screwed in tightly. The bedrooms were spacious and the back yard was stunning. We had a big group and enjoyed the space. I would definitely would come back!!!

This was a beautiful home and the perfect place to stay for a weekend in SB. Just a short drive away from the “funk zone” area where there are tons of restaurants and breweries to check out! The house was clean, provided the basic essentials, and felt so cozy. The living room had a comfy large couch, board games, and a TV that was perfect for hanging out. Oh and the ocean views were beautiful to wake up to each morning! Overall the house was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Thank you for hosting us, would book again in the future :)

The house is in a good location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and other venues. Large living spaces and great kitchen amenities. Great to have parking on the premises. Place was very clean, well organized and Nav was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay at his place, and we will surely return.

3 minute walk to the beach! Great for our family with a 4 year and 1 year old. No stairs, enclosed yard and open floor plan.

We had a wonderful visit over Christmas - the home was nicely decorated for the holiday. There was a major windstorm while we were there, and owner was kind enough to check in to make sure all was well. Everything was very clean and as-described, nice bedding and linens. Thank you!

Needed a place to stay while my kitchen was being renovated for couple weeks. I couldn’t have been happier with this home. It had everything I needed and such a cute backyard. The host was so amazing to work with and always responded to my questions so quickly . I highly recommend this home away from home. In regard to a previous negative review I read about this home being a duplex and shared with another home. This was absolutely no issue at all. The other home is completely separate and private . You do not share the backyard or anything else. There is a 3 parking driveway and this is the only area you share which is no big deal at all.

The location is fantastic and the outdoor spaces are great. The bathroom being in a bedroom is not ideal, but the place was exactly as described. Christine was communicative and check in was easy. We would stay here again.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great place! The beds are comfy and it’s a plus that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We loved the linens and bath towels. It’s rare to find an AirBnB that makes you feel right at home and cozy. It is centrally located to many shops and places to eat. My husband wanted to stay another week. Jess is also very responsive and friendly.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
