This location was perfect and beautiful! Very affordable for the area! Such sweet kind responsive hosts! The home was well stocked and very clean! Very spacious home we slept 9 very comfortably!

Tim was a wonderful host. He was responsive during the holiday and that is extremely appreciated. The lake was significantly lower than expected but nothing can be done about Texas drought! Overall, me and my family had a great time and got to see a lot of wildlife!

I had a peaceful, relaxing stay at Gracie’s property. The river views are lovely. I left something of value behind and Gracie found it and kept it safe until I returned to retrieve it. She was quickly responsive and eager to get it to me in the most convenient way possible. I really appreciate the consideration.

Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the lovely Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub and general peace of the area in the midst of nature and a short walk to lake n trails.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights & a day. It was a much needed reset and this place was the best most peaceful stay we’ve had in a long time. Easy instructions, easy check in. The casita was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. I don’t have any complaints, instead a warning. The bed is comfy but on the softer side. With sciatic issues I need my bed to be a bit harder. It’s not enough to dock our rating because it’s only my preference. My husband on the other hand loved relaxing in it. Overall I would recommend this place and would return. Thank you for opening your Casita to us. Looking forward to our next visit. Oh, and coming from California we’ve never seen so much wildlife. Definitely a plus!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality family time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.

Paul’s place was great! It was exactly what we needed, and Paul is such a great host. He was super kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t ready for us to use - it had to be drained the day we arrived (due to an unforeseen situation with the previous guests) and didn’t warm up in time for us to use as we were only staying 1 night, but Paul went above and beyond waiving our pet fee and allowing us a later check out which we really appreciated. Overall, a great house and a great host. We hope to visit again someday!

House is very attractive with a great floor plan and a great view of the lake. We enjoyed seeing lots of deer in the yard and in the neighborhood. We expected to use the lovely porch, but unfortunately our trip coincided with an unusual and extreme cold spell. So, no outside time, but we enjoyed watching movies on the large tv. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place! The large beds are nice, big, and comfortable. The place was CLEAN!! There is a nice small outdoor firepit fueled by already supplied propane. Also, there is a pit out close to the lake where you can build an awesome bond fire with friends! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Lance’s place! Plenty of room for our entire family (3 different families) The house was clean and had plenty of amenities. The river spot nearby is beautiful! Lots of parking space and the bbq pits were perfect. We plan of returning next year! Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

House was a good choice for our large group of people! River front was quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor space to relax. Location was convenient to downtown New Braunfels, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Would recommend and would stay again! Chad and Gaby were great hosts!

Beautiful and very clean place, very spacious and the kitchen is huge with all the essentials you need! The host was extremely friendly and so helpful. We only stayed for a short amount of time but we were so happy with the stay and can’t wait to be back!

My husband had a surprise 40th birthday in San Antonio and I booked Yadiras place hoping it would be a fun time. He loved the house and location and truly enjoyed his time there.
