Condo vacation rentals in Medianía Baja

Great place!! The unit is the closest to the ocean and has a lovely view of the ocean on the balcony and in master bedroom. Clean and comfortable accommodations with everything you need!! Only thing to note is that it is in an area with no restaurants. You have to travel 30 mins in either direction for food. We cooked a lot in the condo which worked wonderfully! Pools and hot tubs lovely! Damaris was excellent and responsive host.

extremely clean and homely apartment in the house there is a lot that you can take with you to the beach also for active rest as well as a cooler and many other things. clean, beautiful, everything works. we really liked it

Yvette's condo is so cute. It's secluded, quiet and peaceful. We can't wait to visit again. There is a corner store that sells everything you need for your stay, and most importantly the Pan de Agua is made fresh daily and absolutely delicious. There is also El Parillia restaurant down the street from the condo which made the best mofongo, bistec and arroz con habichuela. Be sure to get a rental so you can drive along the north coast and beach hop. Be prepared to eat the best Puerto Rican food ever!

Aquatika is great, this ground floor unit was a nice location and clean. Nazelin was super helpful during the island-wide power outage, and we had a great time!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The complex felt secure and we appreciated that it was gated. There was lots of space inside the condo and beach items (chairs, umbrella, etc) on the balcony to use. The pools and beach were well kept and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Seems that most of the complex is vacation rentals so many families with kids. We prefer a softer bed and these beds are a bit less structured but overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Lots of sweet cats on the property too :)

Comfortable place, it is safe, right by a private beach and pool which is a great vibe for Puerto Rico. Very responsive as well when we had questions about anything in the unit.

Fantastic stay. Beach close by and felt like home. Very clean place and a wonderful rooftop. Close to many attractions. There is a local pharmacy and story close by.

The condo is a bit dated , but it was very clean and had everything you needed. We loved having two balconies to sit out in the mornings and the evenings. Both San Juan and Fajardo are within 30-45 minute drives. Shopping malls within 15 minutes. El Yunke Park also very close !

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

Julie was very welcoming and understanding. She let us check in a bit early as our flights were canceled and we had no where to go. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days exploring.

Very responsive host. Apartment was clean. Loved the pool view every morning. The whole complex is perfect for families because theres is always something to do. I wish there was map or something when you first drive into the complex because we had no idea where the apartment was so we wondered around for a few mins. Supermarkets and fast food a short drive away definitely need a car. Love the little private beach. Great stay! Will definitely come back!

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

The place was very private, tidy and peaceful. The host was very responsible, accommodating and attentive. It was near the beach and about 30 minutes to San Juan and Luquillo and the ferry ⛴️. Overall I enjoyed it there and will definitely come back and rent again in the future.

This Airbnb in Loíza was perfect! Steps from a beautiful beach, with a great pool, gym, and park. The apartment was spotless, with a balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. Plus, delicious alcapurrias nearby made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The place had a ton of amenities, matched the photos and description, and was close to a bunch of attractions! Veronica was super responsive, had a ton of local insight, and was incredibly pleasant! We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Our stay was great - we were with family. If you have family an don’t mind being very secluded then this is the place for you. Quite distance from any nightlife as the area around isn’t the safest. The facility itself is great as was the room

Our family had a good time in Puerto Rico. The Condo was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace and seeing the mountains and water from there was an added bonus. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The condo we stayed at was great! The rooftop deck was larger than I expected and had so much seating area. The location was great. About 30 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes to all the many excursions I booked.

The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

Our host, José was exceptionally responsive and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in ahead of time. There was a small, thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us. When we lost internet, he was right on it with the internet provider and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was okay. The space was perfect for three adults escaping the winter cold and telecommuting. The two balconies allowed us a taste of beach on one side, jungle on the other. We had plenty of towels and linens, and kitchen included an air fryer which came in very handy! Mil gracias por todo!!

Great place to stay while in Puerto Rico. The Beach is so close to the Airbnb. Nice lady.

Outstanding location very private and with plenty of amenities for you to enjoy, Jay is very responsive and gives clear instructions always checking on you making sure you feel just like at home. I would not hesitate to make a reservation.

The pictures are accurate. There are about 4-5 pools down the center of the complex that led to the beach. If you are closer to the entrance of the complex, it is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but you could easily drive to the beach end of the complex if you prefer. The beach is small but private and you can walk a bit along the shore. We must have been there at a non-peak time because there were no crowds/few people. The unit is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The bathrooms w/shower were a bit small, and the host let us know there were no washcloths so make sure to bring some of those. The location felt less touristy and more like we were get a "locals" experience which we really enjoyed. Most of the people we encountered around the complex did not speak English but all so friendly and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We did some activities (boat to Icacos (beautiful), surfing lessons, and visiting Old San Juan. Always felt safe and welcomed. Would return.
